I have a long history with dentists. Some good, some bad. Dr Walker is so special that I would recommend him to anyone who is scared silly of dentists. He never once hurt me although I had teeth pulled and implant surgery. He is a man of few words but he will tell you what to expect both preoperatively and postoperatively. Most importantly, he listens. His staff is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Any discomfort I experienced was addressed quickly and I was always able to get an appointment within a day of calling the office. I am very grateful to Dr. Walker for his excellent care.

This is the 4th place I have had a consultation, and by far the best. No only were the prices more affordable, the staff was beyond amazing!! I almost canceled and Im so glad I didnt. They were very understanding and non judgmental. Within 15 minutes I knew this was my place! I will be back after the procedure to leave an update....so far so good.

I was delighted to have two teeth pulled and impressions taken on one day and came back the next day for a nice looking and good fitting temporary partial the next. Hope the permanent one will work as well.

I had an 11am appointment and was under the impression that I would have my dentures that same day. It was only after I got to my appointment that I was told that because my appointment was after 10:30am that I would have to come back the next day to get my dentures. I showed up the next day at the time they said that the dentures would be ready only to be told that they werent.I was then told another time to come back 2 hours later and they still arent ready. I already paid and live about 50 miles away. I would never recommend that anyone come here because it the end how affordable is it. Im still sitting in their waiting now and have no definite time as to when my dentures will be done.

The Dr or The dentist left the building before he finished my partial denture so he left me on the operating table and didnt tell anyone. I needed adjustments done and the other nurses couldnt do anything but they did try. I never seen anything like that before and the thing is I have to go back so he can finish so I wonder how this is going to turn out and now Im nervous...…..recap.....very impressed with the service went back for adjustments and Mr. Wallace was very professional and listen to every issue I had and fix it....IM VERY HAPPY

I first went to the Norton Shores office, and during my consultation was referred to the Grandville location for separate dental work. I went to the Grandville location the following day and I was so appreciative of the staff at BOTH LOCATIONS. All of the staff at both locations were more than welcoming, and sooo very kind. They ALL made me feel so comfortable with every interaction. I have always had nearly perfect teeth my entire life, so what I have been dealing with these past few years has been extremely hard and embarrassing for me. No one made me feel judged nor embarrassed, which was so encouraging for me to move forward with my new dental plan. The receptionist at the Grandville office was swarmed with clients and phone calls, but handled everything so gracefully with a constant smile on her face. My customer service experience at these two locations was the very reason I decided to move forward very quickly.

Super unprofessional, my wife got a quote, we have been saving the money to do this for over a year, she finally goes to have it done and they claim they made a mistake and the quote TRIPLES for the same exact work also claiming someone new made the 1st quote. My wife came home in tears. I own a business and when I give someone a quote (look up the meaning of the word quote) I honor it. Even if I made a mistake. I always make things right. Because my reputation MATTERS. obviously they dont share the same principles. It went from 7900. To 18,500. Pictures of quotes to prove it. Thanks for nothing guys. Ill be posting this everywhere, hope the bad reviewS were worth it. Everyone i know will know about this. Period.

I had implants done by Dr. Walker using implant guides and He was amazing! I am in day two now and I have no pain. I would strongly recommend them for implants.

On April 2nd, 2021 I paid $2,560 for a new set of dentures. My appointment for the wax Try in was set for April 6th, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. I received a call from the office manager Monday April 5th 2021 telling me the person who does the wax try in was out sick and would be scheduled to be back in the office by April 14th 2021. I was pleasant and understanding and told her I would look forward to hearing from her to reschedule our appointment. April 14th has came and went and I have received no communication. no emails, no text messages, no calls from anybody. I have called into the office 4/20/21 and twice 4/21/2021 pleading for information and a call back but still nothing. I feel ignored and that my options are dwindling with no communication.4/21/21 I left a note in the door of the business pleading with them for someone to call me back and the dentist I found my note first thing in the morning and I was called back by the office manager promptly and had an appointment set for for 4/22/21 at 8am for the wax Try in.4/22/21 I arrive to the office on time and they got me back promptly to do the wax try in. The molds that they put in my mouth absolutely did not work and they had to redo the fitting. The dentist apologized for the lack of communication and gave me a card for 10% off of my fees. When I went to leave that appointment I went up to the reception desk and gave the card to the woman behind the counter and she asked me if I was going to take down my negative review. I was shocked that she asked but I told her no I was not going to until I had the new set of teeth in my mouth. Im not sure why I would take down something when the transaction hasnt even been finalized yet. At this point it is Monday April 26th 2021 and I am 24 days into this. I expected when I started this to be done in about a week. My next appointment is set for Thursday April 29th 2021 which will be 27 days. Im hoping for a swift resolution after Thursday.

I had problems with one tooth for weeks. I went to my normal dentist with the answer of your going to have to wait 4 months to have it pulled. I looked at there website and easily navigated to schedule appt the next morning. When I got to the location the wonderful receptionist helped me. I was seen promptly. Within 25 of sitting in the chair I had x-rays and exam, then the tooth pulled for almost the same price it was going to b at my dentist with my insurance. I was completely satisfied with the doctors bedside manners.

It was an easy process and I felt very comforted.

The staff is extremely pleasant to work with and the dentist is absolutely amazing!!! Im SO pleased with my new smile!! Ill definitely recommend to everyone!!

Went in dreading the unknown pain of getting teeth pulled dentures in,it was all fine,worry for nothing,Dr Walker and staff top notch,my first denture for healing looks great,as I just got them this week still learning to use them properly but gums still healing,very happy

Just 2 days before Christmas they were able to make a new upper denture in less than 5 hours. They were wonderful!

They were amazing! After my normal office closed, and the phone lines were backed up, I drove to the Grandville location. They were able to squeeze me in for adjustments on my permanent denture! Very friendly, very helpful! 100% recommend them!

I went in for a partial yesterday, they got it done the same day but I picked them up today. Reasonable prices! Especially if you dont have insurance. I am very happy with the work they did for me. Also, very nice staff. I will not forget how heartwarming it was to get my smile back thanks to them!

I couldn’t have had a better experience than I had. I was greeted at the desk by a very bright, friendly, warm and professional woman who gave me the required paperwork. I didn’t wait long at all and was called back to begin my appointment. Everyone from the Dentist, hygienists, lab personnel we friendly and were fun to be around.My experience from first contact to pickup of my completed set was SO much better than my Medicaid experience so many years ago. I couldn’t thank them enough!

They were as sweet as can be, very helpful and informative. The quality was exceptional and half the cost of everyone else.

Dr Walker has great! He is friendly, knowledgeable and will give you a honest opinion. Look for your free x-rays and a free consultation.

My husband is constantly having issues with his dentures. He goes in to get them fixed and the problem is never solved. The dentist doesnt seem to listen to the issues.He has only eaten soft food for the last month because of the bad fit of his dentures. Wish we had gone somewhere else.

It was great. I got there a day before my appointment. But they took me anyway. It was not a long wait. Theyre very attentive and try to make your visit a great one. They succeeded!!! I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

I am ridiculously happy with everyone there. Not only was I welcomed in with arms open and understanding staff, but they made me feel okay again. Very affordable and very relaxed. Aspen dental was going to charge me 9300$ where they quoted me 5900$ for the same thing!! It has been YEARS since I loved my smile, and with their help, it is soon to be again that I do. Highly recommend to anyone!

My husband, Clyde kelley, paid for his dentures last year, including the temporary and final. His lower denture never got right and he has tried to get them on the phone for 3 1/2 months and all he gets is a recording staying a high call volume. He then contacted corporate and still can not get thru to them. I do realize that the covivid 19 issue played into it, but why they do not answer the phone and do not return the calls is not acceptable. The people in the office were great, but I am very unhappy at this time.

Over booked or understaffed Im not sure but I had a 10am appt got there 9:40ish, I needed to fill out the paperwork. I went in for a replacement partial. I had to do x-rays and casting thats it and I didnt get out of there until 12:30 and at check out the receptionist tells me I have to wait in the waiting area for 45min. To make sure the cast set right. Horrible, horrible service.

Got 11 extractions an upper and lower denture done in 5 hours. The DOC was awesome and didnt feel a thing. The staff is kind and professional. They were $400 cheaper than their competitors. ABSOLUTELY Amazing service. I have had work done at several different places and the staff at Affordable is TOP NOTCH! Dr. Walker, Jennifer, Sherry and the staff is by far the best I have seen in 20 Years of dealing with tooth issues! I cannot even put into words what a fantastic experience I had here. I highly recommend this dental office! I was a new patient so I was given a free office visit and x rays, I had a partial made with 3 teeth and it was done in just a few hours! It fits great and it was only $350! I cant believe I waited so long.

Every person I have encountered in this office has been incredible. I am not a fan of dentist visits but I am so happy that I found Dr. Walker. The entire staff makes you feel like you are their only patient and takes the time to make sure you know exactly what your options are and that you are comfortable with your decisions. Receptionist was very helpful. I like that its closer to me then Kalamazoo but the attitude and demeanor is way better in Kalamazoo.

I have already left a review but just to reiterate...of all the dental experiences I have had, and I have had MANY, and mostly very unpleasant, this one is the best. I opted for dentures and for the first time EVER had extractions,pain-free without heavy sedation!I am in my 9th month with dentures. I still have my trainerdentures. If my final set is better than these, I will truly wonder why I did not do this years ago. Would have saved myself a lot of misery and money! Fantastic team - gracious, friendly, and efficient

I took my 88 year old mother in for a basic set of dentures. She hadnt had new dentures in many years. The service was same day and we were out the door. Mom had some difficulty adjusting to the new teeth, as her old ones were so worn that she was uncomfortable using the new ones. A quick stop into the office, combined with caring and professional assistance from the staff resulted in Mom finding some new confidence to continue with the new dentures. I would highly recommend this location for anyone needing denture work. Great job Grandville office!

They were very friendly and seamed professional, I really like my new upper denture, I am not ashamed of my smile now, but he has a hard time getting my teeth out and he bruised me up pretty good ,I do bruise easy but I have never bruised this bad at a dentist office before ? And then my insurance said he did not have the right to write up a prescription for me because of something that happened in his past? He said he had never had that happen before? But if I wanted my prescription I would have to pay out of pocket ! I could not they were over $75.00 so I just got antibiotic,? I am confused ,I really wanted to go back to him next year to do the bottom but now I dont know if I should?

Hi , This doctor at this office is amazing , He knows what he’s doing ,I have a really LOW pain tolerance so I am always so very nervous in ALL dentists offices , This doctor removed a tooth that was cemented into my mouth I thought it was going to hurt real bad he didn’t even do numbing cream , got it out and put my new tooth that he had to cement back in my mouth again , He did a great job this message or any other messages that I could right won’t explain how good this doctor is , i will keep going to this doctor till he retires lol , thanks staff and all other members to your team , thanks again , Jax

Love my teeth. However, dentist and some of the hygienist are heavy handed. As well we as my repair that I had to have done has done nothing but cause me trouble since I got my teeth back. And instead of fully listening they just made the adjustments they thought were right so after about 25 mins of them not listening I just told them it was good. Ill prolly look into another location.

The staff is great. Everyone was wonderful. But my mouth hurts. My partial still doesnt fit right. I cant eat or chew. The whole right side of my mouth is sore.

I needed a new upper plate and it was ready shortly after lunch. Fits beautifully, feels comfortable and I feel awesome. All of the staff is friendly and they went above and beyond to help Me! Ill definitely return when its time For the bottom dentures.

Watch out.... cant reach anyone at this office if there is a problem. Cant get call back if you leave an emergency message on office phone. The emergency number supplied after surgery didnt work. Ended up in emergency room and it took just over an hour for the ER doctor reach anyone in the office. Even the corporate office in S Carolina rcouldnt each them. Bad, very bad!

Dr.Wallace ,Jennifer and the entire staff treated me like I was a family member.They gave me my smile back and paid attention to detail and made sure I was pleased.He and his team in my opinion are experts in this field.I am grateful and blessed to say this is my Dentist 😄

From the time I walked in the door for X-rays and consult, to the end of my actual dental work (the same day!), I felt welcomed, respected, and professionally cared for.Jennifer, receptionist, greeted me as if I was an old friend. Dr. Walker was professional, yet a lot of fun. I had 10 extractions, all on my lower jaw, but felt NO PAIN or discomfort at all! He numbed my gums with a topical, and I didnt feel the injections or extractions. Later in the evening, I took just one pain pill, and a second in the middle of the night. This morning, I have a little swelling and bruising, but no real discomfort.The entire staff are to be commended for how well-organized and efficiently they run their practice. My pre-visit panic was totally unfounded, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

After checking out several places, i decided this is where i was going to have my work done. So very happy with my results. I had a full top plate & bottom partial. The compassion the staff showed was at a level above my expectations.

The doctor did not extract the root of my tooth the first time, cut me all up a second time amd couldnt get it, then tells me i have to pay an oral surgeon out of my own pocket after i paid almost $5000 for this procedure! He should have done it right!!! Horrible customer service! Zero empathy. All about $$$. Didnt even let me gey numb before starting. Always rushing. No care whatsoever! Go somewhere else!
