So far, this while experience has been awful. And I feel thats an understatement. My wife and I are going through a divorce, but she agreed to talk to someone with me. Im guessing with the world right now, most of these types of places are busy. When I called, they scheduled our first meeting three weeks out. (Days before my deadline to get out of the house) OK, not a big deal, I can understand being busy. The lady who scheduled it, didnt get my email correct, and I never received my patient papers, I had to call back. Still, not a huge deal, miscommunication. She scheduled me with someone whos on maternity leave.Fast forward three weeks later, our meeting was for 6 pm. At 4, I called twice, as I was worried they didnt send the link correctly again. No answer both times. At 550 pm, 10 minutes before our meeting, someone calls and says our lady isnt back from maternity leave yet. They JUST checked her schedule and are calling to let us know. 10 minutes before! They ask if we want to reschedule or get someone new. I said someone new, I already have a babysitter here, Im on a deadline to get out of the house, and they set me up with someone who says she normally works out of the GR office. And we were rescheduled for 7pm. I sent my sitter on her way, and now well have our almost three year old to distract.Around 705 pm, I get a call asking if I got a link yet. When I said no, she sent an email and I got it immediately. So it wasnt going to spam.Throughout the meeting, she struggled to know how to use a computer, wasnt prepared for taking notes, and at one point, LAUGHED AT US while we were bickering. I didnt expect a meeting to miraculously save my marriage, but this sure didnt help. If anything, it made it worse with this whole experience.Sure glad I wasnt someone suicidal and clinging on to hope for this meeting. They would have clearly just killed someone. Maybe they already have.

This place is amazing!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. My counselor has helped me tremendously. I feel alive again after once feeling dead and empty inside.

They have terrible office management. Horrible communication issues between themselves and they can’t seem to even be in the same page when communicating with each other which makes for terrible costumer service. Not only did they told us our therapist was definitely in our network when they didn’t even know themselves (this is part of their job to get paid, find out if the patients qualify for their services depending on their insurance) but they also keep charging us even though we haven’t been to their office in months. Last person we spoke to was from their billing department who was also taken aback at the mess their scheduler made. They spoke with the office owners and even they agreed to stop charging us. So tell me, why am I still getting charged, 5 months later after that agreement? This is their office fault from day one to present day. Someone or some people are not doing their job.

I have been taking my son here to counsel with Ryan Hanberry for over 4 months now. We actually followed him here from his last place of employment; thats how great he is! Hes a perfect fit for young adults! I would recommend this counseling office to anyone who is looking for a place that cares about their clients. Also, they are very understanding and flexible with appointments, which is very rare now days!
