Great staff! Easy access and always clean. Really ergonomic equipment

During the whole covid situation, they closed, but they kept charging my monthly bill, so i decided to cancel my membership due to an injury. The person i talked to told me to bring in a doctors note and my key, to cancel and give me a refund. Well as soon as i left. I got a text from them telling me i would still have to pay the month after they said they would refund me my money that was being charged with out my permission. Shame on you gtown!! No wonder everyone is leaving you!.

Great place even if it is kind of small. But it is a local gym and theres plenty of room. Not very expensive and offers family plans. Most of the time, it is not crowed.

For the past two weeks I been trying to get ahold of someone to sign up and join. They never answer the phone and I went there and to join it says appointment only. So I called that number numerous times and left multiple messages but still nothing.

Had this gym for about 8 years. Never late for a payment had auto pay. I cancelled card and called in. Whoever answered said payment went it “makes no sense since card Is cancelled” but got a phone call a few days later saying I owed 30 dollars of late fees for something that isn’t my fault. Makes no sense but paid them and cancelled. Worse customer service ever!!!!!

Its a good gym but they never answer the phones every time iv tried calling at normal business hours they never pick up

Pretty good place to work out.

Wi-Fi hardly ever works and gym equipment repairs are slow, but its got most equipment anyone would need and very affordable rates. No membership lock ins which is a huge plus.

They need to fix some machines and more are needed
