So I am not one to write a whole bunch of reviews unless I experience great service. This clinic is amazing. I was originally scheduled for a telehealth visit but after reading my complaint they reached out and squeezed me into their schedule which I know is not easy working in healthcare myself. The front desk staff was very nice and they immediately took me back to a room. My wait time was quick. I had the pleasure of meeting three different doctors today I never once felt rushed they took a complete medical history and asked questions that I wouldnt have even have thought to ask. They were so helpful and treated my problem quickly and with gentle hands. They answered all of my questions and gave me an above and beyond experience. On top of the great service I had there my visit was also only $35 without insurance. Healthcare is expensive and defined a place that does office visits for that cheap is amazing! I would recommend anyone who lives in Missouri near Grandview and is in need of medical Care to schedule with them first!

Always able to get right in. Doctors have all been wonderful. They aren’t the best for kid care but they try their best when you really need care. Care is only $35 dollars which is amazing if you don’t have insurance, and $30 for labs 🙌🏻. They are very nice and couldn’t ask for a better doctor. Their hours are only Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Making appointment is super easy as well just go online and schedule! Thank you for being a great place for care!

This clinic is top notch. The front desk is always friendly and helpful. The doctors are very caring and always follow up and are genuinely concerned for their patients. The office is clean and welcoming. The services are very affordable up to and including lab testing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of medical services.

Its a small privately run clinic . They charge $35 for a visit. No insurance needed. Everyone from the front desk person . who is so kind and efficient to the doctors, everyone single one of them go above and beyond the call of duty . Dr Muorad and Dr Sami Alam both have seen my mom and were kind and patient with her . They gave me their personal numbers to reach out to them in case my mom needs care after hours , which is more then anything one would expect , I have bothered them more then once after hours and they respond right back ! One dont have to worry about expensive prescriptions either. Dr Sami Alam sent my moms prescriptions to a small pharmacy in my neighborhood which I didnt even knew was there . that charges bare minimum for her medications without insurance . The people at Medina Clinic are simply amazing .

Great service, walk-in accepted but if they are busy you may need to wait otherwise make an appointment.

The female doctor that attended my sister did not answer any of her concerns. She just ignore her during the entire visit and was on her phone. She would also talk bad about her body parts and the way she was raising her infant. Do not recommend.

The front staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The nurses are outstanding; they gave me a great care with a smile. The senior physician (Dr. Wael) and Dr. Farhan exceeded my expectations; they gave immediate treatment and eased my pain on the spot, they explained every step of the procedure and sent me home with a prescription to prevent the infection. Dr. Farhan - under the guidance of Dr. Wael, did an excellent job treating me during my multiple visits, he even called me to check on me and ensure I am comfortable and have no complications. This is a 5-star facility because of the passionate and caring staff they have. Not to mention, very affordable; they are here to support our community and do an outstanding job. PLEASE SUPPORT THEM AND HELP THEM HELP OTHERS.

Sitting outside 10 min before close and im sick. Maybe you guys should take yourselves off the walk in clinic list if i cant walk in and get a check up.
