Terrible. I went there to get my wifes prescription on Friday. Had to call the insurance company. The next day we go to pick it up and it disappeared... Pharmacist on the phone was unwilling to help whatsoever. Told her who I worked with yesterday, and she kept saying they didnt have anything. She wouldnt even go look at the bags. If you need medication I would not recommend getting it here.

Do not use this CVS for photos. My wife submitted photos they werent ready because the guy who handles photos wasnt there. I came back a few days later and they told me I needed to resubmit. The. Today I went to pick up the photos for the third time and I finally got the photos. Except I paid for the original submission and the newest one they requested we make since my wife submitted I didnt have a clue of how many photos there were. Tried to get my money back but they refused since they were all our photos.

Spoke with someone in the pharmacy that was extremely rude and very off putting when I just had some questions on my medication. If you get the chance to go to any other pharmacy.. do your self a favor

Drove 40 minutes to this CVS because they were one of the only pharmacies in the KC metro with my medication, and the other pharmacy told me they couldn’t have mine ready until tomorrow. I called to see if they would be able to fill mine, and was on hold for 40 minutes. When I arrived they told me they could not fill mine, and I showed the pharmacist that I had been waiting 40 minutes, and he said too busy to answer the phone. The whole time, there is a machine saying “5 pharmacy calls.” This was the most absolute god awful display of customer service I have ever experienced. I would have not driven 40 minutes had they simply picked up the phone to say they couldn’t fill my prescription. Plain and simple.

As of a few months ago when the original pharmacist has been on leave the service has been absolutely horrible. Dont get me wrong the original staff that works there are absolutely wonderful and knows you by individual names. The pharmacists that are filling in have NO customer service skills or sense of urgency what so ever.

After leaving urgent care, I went to the nearest pharmacy to have my rx filled, which was CVS. It was cough medicine. They told me itd be an hour before it was was ready because they were too busy. I left, went to Walgreens and got OTC cough medicine in the mean time. Didnt get my RX is Ready phone call until 2 DAYS later! Now I get the same phone calls and voicemails daily, at least twice a day for over a week now! Im not going to get that medicine 2 days after the fact and now my flu and cough is gone! Called to have the phone calls stopped and my number removed from their system; it takes 2 minutes to get through the automated answering service and I was put on hold for 14 minutes, hung up without ever being able to speak with anyone about my phone call issue! Im blocking their number and I will never do business here again! Ill continue doing business with Walgreens.

Been my pharmacy since it was Osco and through the transition to CVS. Ive experienced nothing but the highest of professionalism from each and every member of their team through the years. Keep on keeping on!

The pharmacy has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Had to go inside because I was sitting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes to drop off 3 prescriptions after leaving urgent care & still hadn’t been helped. Upon going inside they proceed to help people walking up to check out before they helped the ones already standing in line. I felt horrible as it was & was becoming weak. The lady in charge of the pharmacy acted like everyone there was an inconvenience. I’d rather drive the extra miles to Belton to go to that CVS next time.

A Caucasian male was following me through the store (Ive never step foot in the store) claiming he Saw me stealing but he was wrong he was being racist and rude. I am pregnant looking for personal products he kept asking me did I need help I constantly told him no. I later on told the person in charge she wasnt being helpful at all.

When me and my friend were leaving, somebody almost broke our car window and was saying if we ever came back to the store he would call the police. When we got home we called the store and management ended the call on us. Didnt even do anything wrong, crazy heads.

Waiting to drop off one prescription and it took 20 minutes, one person in front of me. No other staff member offered to help. The pharmacy staff talks the entire time to each other and doesnt acknowledge people waiting. Now I have been waiting close to 30 minutes to get my prescription. I was told they were working on it 30 minutes ago! I will be transferring to a different pharmacy.

Been here several times over the past year when I moved to the area. Ive never not had a bad experience stopping in. The sales people ignore you, roll their eyes and huff when you ask about things, and in general seem to go out of their ways to be rude.

AVOID! The pharmacy manager has no idea what she is doing and has HORRIBLE customer service skills. Go anywhere but here. You will regret it if you get your script filled here.

TERRIBLE!!! Very bad customer service because we were basically being kicked out the store. The guy, that was helping the lady attending us, was hurrying her up because it was 10 already (which is their closing time). Seriously so irritating because you dont see other stores doing that and its not fair to the customer.

Went to pick up prescription for my DOG. They wanted to charge me over $46. Last time I paid a little over $14 for this same prescription. GoodRX website shows $14.37 @ CVS for this drug. She stated they do not honor GoodRX prices. The woman said I had never filled this prescription there before. LIE! I CAN PROVE I HAVE. She said my insurance said I had to pay $46. THIS IS FOR MY DOG!! I DONT HAVE INSURANCE ON MY DOG!! She was rude and very poor customer service. After much argument I ended up paying $14.37....why are you ripping people off?? Difference between $46 and $14 IS SIGNIFICANT AND THEFT! SHAME ON YOU. I will never shop there again. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

Worst place to fill your Rxs. They techs are rude and just dont give a crap to give you the time of day. They are always getting scripts wrong and they are so slow. Go anywhere but this store. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
