My dad recently broke his ribs and Nicole still wants him to come in just so he can receive his meds. Hes been taking the same medication for his mental illness for a very long time and Nicole still doesnt want to refill his meds for 30 days so he can have time to recover. Now suddenly, he has to come in with his broken ribs (in a lot of pain and can barely walk). Nicole seems like she does not care and needs to be evaluated or removed for unprofessionalism and endangering my dads mental well being. I have all ready helped him file a complaint with his insurance company. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICES!
