WHERE DO I START! JASMINE IS THE GREATEST BLESSING IVE LITERALLY HAD THIS YEAR. I HAVE MEDIOCRE CREDIT AND HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT AND SHE STILL GOT ME APPROVED FOR A LINE OF CREDIT OF 10k, a credit card for 2500, CAR FINANCING FOR 20k+, AND SHE REFINANCED ONE OF MY LOANS I WAS PAYING 37% INTEREST ON AND SHE GOT IT TO 12%. LITERALLY WANTED TO CRY BC OF HOW SWEET AND HELPFUL SHE WAS. SHE IS ONE OF THE FEW IN THE WORLD WHO CARES ABOUT OTHERS AND I WAS SO BLESSED TO BE HELPED BY HER. The new bank on blue ridge has not been opened a year and it’s already proving that nothing has changed from the service on Longview road. Went there Monday machine was out of cash, a no cone out there or red light on machine, got a teller and she couldn’t dispense cash either . Went today and 2 out of 3 machines were not working properly. There was a long line for one atm. Is it too much yo ask for service I this neighborhood? I only go there because any other community America bank that I visit does not have these problems. This is not the first time butI’m fed up with having to drive out of my neighborhood for better service.

My mom and I went to the CACU in Grandview MO. And Devyn Oatis, one of the associates, was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. My mom got her problem solved and so did I. I highly recommend Devyn to anyone who visits or banks at the CACU in Grandview MO. Happy Banking!!

I applied for a checking account online and exchanged all my personal information along with my other checking account information. 3.5 hours later I still have not received a response after they hard hit my credit file! Dont open a checking account with this financial institution its a joke! I am pulling my application and taking my $ elsewhere.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR LIVE CHAT NOT THE BRANCH LOCATION. Kaitlin that I assume works on the live chat side of things is horrible. Didn’t do anything to help me just kept telling me go to a branch location when every other time I was on live chat.OVERDRAFT PROTECTION is a joke with this bank stuff still comes out and they charge your a 28$ fee everytime HAHAHAHA.

If I could give zero stars... Seriously the worst banking institution I have ever worked with. Continued to charge us for an auto loan that we no longer had for MONTHS. Kept calling to resolve the issue, ended up finally having to close the account all together - still charged us. Finally were told that WE had to go in and change some setting in our online profile, apparently NO ONE at Community America could change it for us. Website was always experiencing technical difficulties, so when we finally were able to get in and change the setting, we still couldnt get the money they charged us without having to try and speak with a rep all over again. Dont waste your time here.

I love this Bank and would refer it to my friends and family. The people that have taken care of me and the drive thru people are just as nice as the people on the inside and i have no problem with anyone who works there or the people I have talked to on the phones been very nice also 😊. My family and I have been Community America Credit Union members for years, too many to count. I have nothing but wonderfully things to say about Community America Credit Union, from the management and staff to the tellers.I truly love interacting with each friendly, smiling and very professional employee that greets me as, I enter Community America Credit Union or use the video services.I just recently moved back home to KCMO. I was so so very happy to see, that they have been blessed, with a brand new beautiful building in Grandview, MO.Everyone at the Grandview, MO Branch deserve their new beautiful home. I hope to return soon to my most favorite branch, in KCMO and open a new account.

Called 9-3-19 about a mortgage loan. Applied for a loan that night online. Got an email back the next day saying we will have answers within the next business day. We waited until 9-5-19 called up there and said the guy wasnt in to process the loan but he would run it for us and give us a call back before the end of the work day. Never received a call. So I called up there 9-6-19. Said the guy wasnt in at the moment he would let him know we called when he got back. I called again and there was no answer. 9-9-19 Called three times and apparently 2 of the times he was on lunch. The third time I had called someone else answered he looked at our application just to tell us we werent approved. Very long wait. No one answers the phone. Ridiculous. I will not go through for a loan or any other process. My husband banks through them for his loan on his vehicle. I would think for our business we could get the decency of a call back.

I really love this bank! Specifically Matt, he has been so great and I have been banking here for atleast 4 years. I would recommend it to anyone and it’s a credit union! Complimentary Coffee and cookies! Enough said. They are fantastic

Im assuming a new building gave the teller a sense of new rules! Was in to cash a check that listed anothers name in addition to mine. Was told by phone from CACU to bring in person with me to cash check. Teller refused, said she couldnt, her reason fell on deaf ears since I left. Went to my usual HyVee location, and guess what... check cashed, no problem, no questioning me like I was trying to do something wrong, no looking at my check like its a huge amount..mind you both checks totalled $100. Wont be back, but still like CACU

I went to the drive thru and I was afraid for my life. This area is not a good location for a bank. Crime area. I can’t wait to get one in Raymore. The parking lot is filled with pot holes and shady looking people around.

I was dealing with a vehicle loan and was about to go crazy. Michelle at the front lobby desk was amazing. She was doing so much and helping everyone and managed to stay on top of everything!!! I dont know how she did it! Theres a closer location to me but I will be coming to this one from now on just because of her! She really does take care of everything and gets you exactly what you need. Thank you Michelle for the wonderful experience.

I have gone here a couple of times to get cashiers checks for my mortgage lender and both times the banker made mistakes. The first time he filled out the check wrong and the second time he took the money from the wrong account. I tried to get a printout of my account with the transaction he had just done and he couldnt figure out how to do that either, so I had to call the main number after I got home. Compared to the other branches I have been to (South Plaza and Crossroads), this location is understaffed and the staff they do have arent trained very well. And to top it off the only ATM they have was broken last time I came through, so a simple cash withdrawal required me to wait for 20 minutes in the drive-thru.

I have been banking with this credit union at this bank since I was 16 year old. Yes the bank can be a little slow sometimes however I never go to any other cacu location. I know the staff, there like family, and I have my credit cards, line of credit, car loan, and my babies account here. I come to the Longview location not just for transaction but for the experience. I am always greeted the second i walk through the front door. I visit this location to receive a five star customer service experience.

I like this location and the other ones inside Hy-Vee. The longest I had to wait was around 10 minutes because of the person in front of me. Most of the time Im in and out. They take care of scammers who have withdrawn monies from your account. I applaud CACU for taking care of this kind of inconvenience in a timely manner.

If I could give a lower rating I would, called to confirm share branching, the location is a computer screen interface only. Shared branching is done through atm only. Be prepared for an hour wait as well.
