Most kids have no supervision! When you confront them asking them to leave your vehicle alone they come back and destroy you property! If you contact management you should probably not be Caucasian or youll be blown off! My advice is dont put your time or money into this place!By the way not everyone looks at you as a Caucasian! Some people here are very kind and polite! Wonderful human beings! Just not the people that work here!!!

Value of this property has fallen drastically. Prior to the 1980s this Complex was used as baricks to house our service men and their families.

HOA manager could use some social skills training and manners. But great community to live in.

We rent here. We dont go to the HOA meetings since we arent homeowners but Ive contacted the office a few times over the years via email and occasionally by phone. They can be a little hard to get in touch with but my interactions have all been pleasant or at least polite. There is some crime, but it hasnt bothered us too much. We had a package we didnt know about sit out on our front stoop for the better part of a week recently and no one bothered it. It does seem to vary a bit section by section and we happen to live in a pretty peaceful part. Most of the population seems to be families just trying to raise their kids and live their lives. I enjoy hearing the children play in the common spaces during nice weather. In four years, our parking lot has been resurfaced twice. Our row of units got new siding last year and our neighbors are getting it this year. Trash pick up doesnt include recycling, but there is a recycle center five minutes down the road on Red Bridge. The units have big bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Grounds are basically maintained. We decided against moving to other townhouses (Calico Farms) because there was trash everywhere and the parking lots were in terrible shape. The grounds at GV basically stay picked up as far as litter goes, and the lots are pretty well maintained.

This is a private home owners association run by a board of home owning members. This is not as some have mistaken a rental office. They have very limited hours and as a result it can be difficult to resolve home owner related issues. Otherwise they are professional. Rating this association is not really relevant in my opinion as one cannot choose to patronized them or not.

Very poor treatment of residents who are renting. You can never get in touch with them to ask about important issues that your landlord would have no knowledge of. I have had to speak with one of the office members personally and it was a horrible experience.
