Family members of the people who live at this place who have had issues with this place should report them to DSHS or whoever they answer to we are looking into the process of how that works there is so many issues we hear of that happens there and no one ever answers their phone when concerns need to be addressed. Cant even post unless rate with a star when they do not deserve any

If I could leave a zero stars review I would. Horrible management. I called 8 times and they never picked up and when they did call me back they yelled at me thinking that I was one of their associates. They lied to us multiple times and I’m happy action is being taken upon them. It’s truly sad that the only five star review is from Raman. A gentleman that helps run this place. It’s very sad to lie.

This place is filthy! Management is heartless and makes her own rules.She even admits that.I drove 2 hours to see my best friend and was told I could only stay one hour.Its run like a prison!Th

Still waiting on a paycheck back in mid August

One of the care staff is constantly yelling expletives and treats the residents poorly. The place is disorganized and Ive seen feces smeared into the carpet and the building often smells of urine.The residents Ive met have nicknames for the place like the dungeon, the prison cell, and a few I wont repeat in s public forum.In short- the residents are unhappy, the staff are overworked and have little time to spend with the residents, and the sanitary conditions are unacceptable.

I call and call no one ever answers and they didnt want my sdit. Service dog in trainig there also by law a service animmal is required any were

Not enough staff to run the place they dont watch what allergies people have and you only get 2 showers a week poorly run they couldnt keep me there because I was more work than they could handle

Looking Good - Owners are very nice, working hard to help people with needs. Would like to move in myself 😁.
