I absolutely love shopping in this store! The manager Vince is always so helpful and full of information of what is coming up and gives a great deal of pride in the appearance of his store and that is evident that he truly cares! Arion, the other manager is equally attentive to detail and has such a love for his job and his customers that he is the main reason why I keep coming back to shop here! I love his energy and his passion to make sure I see everything in the store but never in a pushy way which I appreciate! I love shopping there for myself but giving gifts from here is way more fun!!! My temporary wedding ring even came from here and I get so many compliments!

I recently went to this store to get some information about a crystal flower that I purchased in 2007. I met Arion the manager and found him to be very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. He gave me more information than I could possibly have expected and made useful suggestions for my particular situation. If Swarovski is your thing stop in and talk with this guy, hell take care of you.

Fantastic customer service, very personal once you develop s relationship with one of their specialists. Not as pricey as people make it out to be when you compare it to stuff at Macys thats lower quality and doesnt have a warranty. (all of their jewelry has a2 yr warranty plus lifetime warranty on the crystals). Great place, great people!
