He help my husband with a major eye issue and within 1 year was clear up and my husband can see great. I would recommend them to anyone I wish I could have got my mom to them I feel that they could have help her she loved to read and 4 year before she passed away she could not read anymore because of her eye sight

I saw Dr. Glazier at vra as an emergency patient for a retinal issue. I was able to make an appointment right away. He was thorough and he and I discussed a treatment plan. I was patient per his recommendation and three months later, Im doing fine. I feel he would have been more aggressive if I was willing. Ultimately, we picked the right path. His staff is very professional. The office runs like a smooth top.

Very busy office; however, staff is very friendly and professional and move you through in a reasonable time. Experienced a detached retina requiring immediate attention. Dr. Glazer was excellent in his approach in describing what happened and what needed to be done. The procedure start to finish was less uncomfortable than anticipated. One year out now and all seems to be fine. Although not wanting to experience the same again, would not hesitate to have Dr. Glazer patch me up.......... Before writing this I did read some of the reviews knocking him for his bedside manner..... I would agree hes not one to make you feel warm and fuzzy in the office environment; however, he is very professional and more importantly very skilled, which I prefer over any small talk and feel good words. I was referred to him because he was touted as one of the best, and from my experience he is. I needed the eye fixed so not to lose function, and didnt need to be entertained by him or any doctor for than matter...... So expect hell get right to the point, tell you what you need and get you on your way..........

Everyone there is very experienced in what they do. Dr. Glazer explains everything that that they find about your eyes and informs you what to do if there is any problems. I personally really like going there because of the professionalism that everyone there represents.

Dr Glaser did my final surgery for a detached retina. He was always compassionate and explained everything very well. Hes a straight shooter and tells the truth so you really know without question. I would highly recommend him if you need surgery or any eye problems.

Well organized and operated office. Considerate and calm environment. Dr. Glazer is thorough with details about procedures, what to expect in treatments and encouraging.

Other then sometimes a long wait between procedures I have been very happy with Dr Glazers treatment of my eyes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr Glazer was very cold and aloof during my initial exam. Rest of the staff was fine and helpful initially. I can deal with the aloof Dr but it got much worse quickly. Office asst called me the next day to give me the diagnosis. She had the name of my eye disease but could not explain what it was. She said she tried to Google it before she called me because she knew I would ask... Seriously, this is what I paid for? No thanks! I shared my frustration and received a call the following day requesting I come in for a review of my diagnosis and they informed me I would be dilated again. What? Why do I need to be dilated again? She could not tell me. Why cant I simply be given some helpful info via telephone? I called my regular optometrist and asked that they retrieve the records and review with me over the phone, which they did. Why couldnt Dr Glazer do that? He must have too many patients. One less now! If you are being sent hear by recommendation, ask for someplace else!!! You have been warned!!!

They are a fine office and Dr Glazer is excellent, thorough professional and friendly. It would be hard to ask for more.

I have been going there for years & have never had a problem. Dr. Glazer & his staff have always been very friendly but also professional, explaining what they are about yo do so that you understant what treatment you are scheduled for & making it out decision on whether or not we want to have it done. Unfortunately, I have had several eye problems in recent years, resulting in numerous visits to VRA, as well as four surgeries. The practice operates efficiently and orderly; the staff is courteous and well organized; and the doctors are knowledgeable and methodical. VRA is well known in southwestern Michigan as experts in vitreo-retinal medicine, and I believe that reputation is well earned.

I have received expert and successful treatment from Dr Glazer. I recommend him highly and unreservedly!
