To be honest the doctor was great but the nurse was extremely rude to my sister, my sister has medical issues and cant wear a mask and the nurse was extremely rude and told my sister that she had to leave if she wouldnt wear a mask, what part of extreme medical issues that prevents her from wearing a mask dont they understand and she continued to talk about my sister out in the hall where I could hear her. Very Disrespectful and Unprofessional

BRENDA NEVER ANSWERS HER PHONE!!!!! Its extremely frustrating to be able to reach almost anyone in the office other then her. I have tested this by calling other nurses, they answer their phone, but not Brenda.They also do a poor job coordinating with my other doctors.Its a shame because the doctor deserves 5 stars but all other aspects of this business deserve 0 stars

I have had very little success in talking to a live assistant, but unbelievably enough, my physician left the practice some time ago and I was NOT notified. How pathetic.

The doctors are amazing. The office staff have to be the unhappiest people I’ve ever met. They’re so short, come off as angry, and are incredibly unpleasant to speak with. They refuse to help with faxing labs (even though, an MA has no problem doing so), and often do not bother to answer calls. This overshadows a great experience with the doctors. Go for the doctors, leave because the wait staff told you to in fewer words.
