I accompanied someone to an appointment here so my experience is more about the building itself and how things are set up. It was a positive experience in terms of parking, getting into the building, nice spaces to relax in, PRACTICE EXCELLENT COVID SKILLS.. They require you to wear one of their masks. You can double mask with your own mask if you please but you must wear one of their masks. Frankly it made me more comfortable that everybody was in a fresh high quality mask. Chairs and tables had also been arranged for good social distancing. We used the parking ramp connected to the hospital. Well designed and good signage meant easy to get to the right elevator quickly. There is a patient drop off Lane leading right to a fully accessible building entrance. The building itself was also very well designed with high ceilings and lots of natural light, and easy to get around in despite the size because of good signs and good design.Bathrooms are just male and female, no gender-neutral designated or family bathroom. On the lobby level, there is a large Starbucks, which serves little sandwiches and cheese plates for a quick snack and a Qdoba. There is also a small childrens play area in the lobby with a treehouse.

I have only good things to say about the doctor I saw and was impressed with how he seemed willing to take the time to listen to any concerns I might have. I would warn others about the billing department for this office though and that is the reason for not rating it 5 stars. I am healthy and only decided to go in because my PPO insurance recommended it and I was assured that well visits are covered. While my insurance covered the cost of the well visit, I received a 2nd bill charging me for the use of the room. It was a normal exam room and the only equipment that was used was a thermometer and blood pressure cuff. I have no health issues and am not on any meds. There is nothing to warrant this 2nd bill which is quite expensive – especially for a widow living on social security. When I looked online for a family doctor, there was no mention on this office’s website warning that a room charge will be billed, and nothing was said when I called and made the appointment. We have gone to other physicians also located in this medical building in the past and was never charged for the room. We question the coding used to justify this additional charge for a well visit and believe patients should be warned about it ahead of time.

This is a residency and doctor group. I waited an extra 7 minutes. Its a medical group of latestknowledge. My meds got changed and some removed. When one is at 19 pills a day and drops down to 11, it was a relief mentally and medically. My system is slowly adjusting. For those who have waited, it was for someone like me on an initial review. Over an hour. Alot of time, but when one like myself w mini strokes, stroke, asthma, being deaf, clot busters, seizures, convulsions, panic and anxiety attacks, slow gut syndrome and more, they were serious about what was going on.Med changed, reduction, increase dosage was important. Not a cure but attempt needed balance based on one hour time. The next 30 days we are focusing on my diabetes. Strick rules and guidelines.7 years of struggles. The help from Pine Rest, the team work with all my doctors. Change is slow but in right dorrection. For the lady with the child, escalate when you are there.None of us applied for these medical conditions, but we need to understand to the best what is going on.I had an eye exam yesterday. One hour. 23 minutes on whats going on medical wise. It assisted in good outcome.Communication is the utmost in ideal. Leave the emotions out.Im a happy camper.

Triage nurses can be nice but theyve brushed off concerns that Ive had for my child several times when Ive called even though I gave them clear and thorough information and when that happens my kids end up at the e.r. or urgent care really sick but at least at those places they give them the proper care and attention that they desperately needed. In a lot of those situations they shouldve consulted a doctor and when they do say theyre going to check with the doctor first they dont call back. Ive had similar issues with several of the residents misdiagnosing my kids too. Ive made way too many visits to urgent care and the e.r. only for np and doctors to be shocked that the people working office didnt take my concerns seriously or make simple diagnosis and someone really should let the triage nurses office know that a doctor on a video call cant treat or diagnose a patient experiencing abdominal pain. But theres one particular nurse practitioner and she is amazing and Id stay if I only had to deal with her

I really liked the resident that I had my first patient appointment with in November, which gave me a good impression of the office, but then the office decided to go ahead and completely switch the type of prescription I am on without my ok, and cannot even provide a good explanation as to why they did it. I am very upset with how it was handled, and I’m just hopeful they switch me back to my original prescription that had worked for me for years.

I love the staff!! Ive been a patient here for 4 years, my family Dr was also my OB. I love that I can go to one office for most of my medical needs! I have formed a friendship with my dr and nurses. Staff is always good about returning my calls, answering my silly questions and making sure I understand everything before things move forward. At this office I KNOW Im in charge of my medical care, and the staff is supportive of my decissions.

They have screwed up and delayed my prescriptions several times now. On Tuesday I asked them to send my prescriptions to a new location and now its Friday and I find out that they never sent them. Now I have to wait until Monday to be able to call them. And Ill end up going days without my meds

I am really sorry for my one star to give for this clinic. They expect people to be ontime which is OK, but never care about their own responsibilities and being ontime with patients. Their doctors need to be follwed by someone every where to do their jobs in a proper way and time.

Updated review and increased to three stars as I was able to work with the billing department to get everything handled. Its still unfortunate that It was such a hassle to begin with.

New to this office. My very first appointment today, and I have been waiting 36 mins to be called back!!! Terrible 1st impresson. I took time off work to be here on time and have a sick kid at home. Yet, they have signs up stating that if we are more than 10 mins late we have to reschedule!!!! Extremely FRUSTRATING!!!

They charge patients instead of health insurance companies. We received a bill twice for the same annual physical check-up while the company covers it. Really bad and sad.
