The front desk ladies are far from friendly or personable with patients. The doctor and PA/nurses are not friendly either. It is the worse doctors office Ive ever had the displeasure of being associated with.The entire office and every examination room has non-stop pictures of Caucasians ONLY. There is one picture of an African American boy in the waiting room. Its very off putting. It gives me a sensation of a whites only doctors office.I have extreme health issues going on right now and all information from the ER was sent to this office. As soon as all my testing and plan of care is finished, I will be getting a new doctor with a more friendly and accepting environment.

Dr. Opolka had the temerity to fire me as a patient Because I had questioned her nurse, and was told the doctor could not return my sick call. It was the best thing that could have happened in my life. Changing Doctors revealed a serious undiagnosed problem for which there were many clues. Dodged a malpractice suit eh doctor o?(No caps on purpose)This office calls themselves a family practice but in fact it is only a family practice in as much as it allows the doctors to completely close shop at 5:00PM so they can all go home to their families. Stay away.

Theyre not good.

Dr. Opolka is amazing. You do have to book out far in advance to see her but she is worth it. She also has amazing connections for specialists. Even though I work in an internal med office with amazing physicians I do not plan on leaving west Michigan family medical.

Cont...Cindy is a very Concerned and caring individual that takes each one of her patience serious at all times. She listens, first most importantly. We know our bodies better than anyone and she respects that. I would highly recommend her to the world for a primary care physician. I love you Dr. Opolka

I saw Dr. Davis when I was having a string of panic attacks. Because of the attacks, it made it very difficult for me to comprehend what she was telling me about some forms. So she waved the forms in my face while she yelled at me. A month later, I called the office and explained what happened and asked if I could switch doctors. She told me they dont allow people to switch. She then asked if I wanted to talk to someone in charge and tell them what had happened. I told her that I just needed some time to think before I made any decisions. A few days later, I received a letter in the mail telling me they had dropped me from their services. If you are considering this place, please, think again!
