I have been coming to this office for a little over a year and everyone is always so kind and professional. I most recently had some fillings done. Prior to the scheduling I shared concerns with Dr. Burdo about how my heart would react to the procedure as I have a condition that affects my heart rhythm. Without hesitation he volunteered to reach out to my cardiologist which put my mind at ease and made me feel like my opinions/concerns mattered. The procedure itself was fast and painless. Dr. Burdo and his assistant were professional, funny, and attentive. I highly recommend this office.

My daughter has a debilitating fear of needles and needed to have cavities filled. I have spent the last 5 months working with several dentists trying to get her healthy. Dr Burdo took the time to meet with both of us and fully explain his procedure. I am happy to say we now have a cavity free child. I just can’t thank Dr Burdo and his staff enough.

Dr. Burdo is a wonderful dentist, very kind and attentive. His staff is just as awesome. The office is also very clean. I highly recommend this dentist and office.

I am extremely grateful that I was able to stumble upon Dr. Burdo a few years ago. After some horrific experiences with dentists on the west side, I was extremely leery of him - but he was extremely patient, gentle and empathetic. He has a tremendous personality and won my heart immediately.While I would love to say that I love going to the dentist now, Id prefer to leave an honest review. However, his entire team makes the experience as easy as possible.I was in on monday, and, unfortunately, had to get a very unpleasant and unexpected procedure. He could not have been more gentle or more compassionate.in fact, I had a concern after, and he immediately personally called me back and made sure I had his personal cell number in case I had additional questions or concerns.I have since moved and drive in from Detroit. I will continue to be a patient here, regardless of where I live. He is by far the best doctor/DDS I have ever met, and I could not recommend him more.

Dr Burdo is amazing. Our 2yr old grandson recently fell on a sippy cup, crushing his teeth. We are located out of Battle Creek, mi.. After trying for several days to find a dr to help him, we took a trip to DeVos Childrens Hospital. They got us in contact with Dr Burdo. Without hesitation he immediately got him in. He had to pull all 4 front teeth. He was amazing with making us feel comfortable and even more making sure this sweet boy was taken care of. He did such a great job with him. We definitely felt as though we were not just another check, but a human being. Thank you so much Dr Burdo. We will definitely be making trips to see him from here on out. The drive is worth it.

Best Dentist ever! From a guy who grew up scared to death of the dentist, Dr. Burdo has changed my mind. He is a super awesome guy, and the staff to match.... I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Burdo is great! He is caring and gentle. He is also a very accomplished dentist. He is thorough and has an in-depth knowledge of dentistry. I recently has a lot of dental work, including crowns. He was willing to keep adjusting them until they felt perfect. Kudos to him and his team!

Whenever I walk in, I dont feel any sense of welcome; the secretaries and hygienists dont greet me (in fact, they give me the cold shoulder). The hygienists are rough and arent very friendly. Whenever I ask questions, they never respond in a way that I can understand; if I continue asking questions, they get all huffy, impatient, and snappy.However, I never have to wait past my appointment time.

Been seeing Dr B and staff for many years.. always awsome, great service and fun. If i have and emergency they find a way to get me in asap. Would highly recommend to anyone.Thanks for everything Dr Burdo and Team.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. I had been going to the same dentist for 25 years before switching here, so I was pretty nervous about making that switch. Im so glad I chose Dr. Burdos office! I am going into Dental Assisting, and the ladies in the office offered such great advice. Not sure why anyone would rate this place a one star with no explanation, but I can tell you they are all amazing! I would definitely recommend!

We have been taking our son to see Dr. Burdo for over two years now. I have a child with special needs and after having a few bad experiences with dentists catering to his needs, I was so relieved to find Dr. Burdo. He does an amazing job. The staff at his office and at Helen Devos are amazing at making sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. You can truly see how much Dr. Burdo loves his job and taking care of his patients. Hoping to start having my whole family go to him for dental work.

Thank God we found Dr. Burdo for our non verbal autistic daughter! He and his staff are awesome, and my wife and I ended up switching over to Dr. Burdo for our dental Care too. I highly recommend Dr. Burdo, and if you dont use him, thats one less person I have to compete with for making appointments! LOL

Dr. Thomas Burdo is a top notch dentist. I have a child with autism and Dr. Burdo was recommended to us off an autism group and now I know why. What an amazing doctor that knew exactly how to make my baby’s teeth healthy again. My son had to be put to sleep at Helen Devos (amazing hospital) and we drove 3 hrs just to make sure our son was under the care of Dr. Burdo. He made a terrifying experience an amazing one for us. Not to mention the hospital is also top notch with amazing anesthesia and staff. Dr. Burdo really knows his stuff and truly put us at ease. Thank you Dr. Burdo for everything you did for our family. We cannot thank you enough.
