I highly recommend...I’ve been coming to this office since I was a little kid and it was Dr Vanslootens office. Dr Mehling took over and he was awesome...then I got married and relocated to the Muskegon area and tried going to my wife’s dentist (Community Shores Dental, Dr Christopher Sortman) and they replaced the fillings on the right side of my mouth and it was terrible..I was in a lot of pain and it took over a year before my teeth felt normal again and the discomfort to subside. I went back there and told them 6 months later that I was in a lot of discomfort and couldn’t chew food normally on the right side of my mouth without discomfort and they said that was normal...I never went back there again. I came back to Dr Mehling and he replaced one of my old fillings and I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. A true professional who knows what he’s doing. His staff is great also..I’ll keep doing the 40 mile drive and coming here

I recently developed a serious wisdom tooth infection but was without a dentist. After being referred to Durham & Mehling, I called and was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. From the moment I walked in their office, Dr. Mehling and his staff treated me like a longtime patient. After prescribing an antibiotic and answering all my questions, Dr. Mehling personally took the time to help me contact local oral surgeons until we found one who could quickly schedule my wisdom tooth extraction. His office even called a few days after my surgery just to make sure I was doing ok. If you are looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients experience, I highly recommended Durham & Mehling DDS PC.

Dr. Durham is always friendly and outgoing. He takes those few extra minutes to chat and to listen. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but shows genuine interest and concern for his patients.Holly is exceptional! She is an excellent hygienist and she is very careful. I could almost fall asleep during my visits.The receptionists are always happy, cordial, and ready to help as well. Overall its a great experience!

Love my dentist, Dr Mehling. I always feel comfortable there and know Im getting great care. Ive seen Dr Durham several times and really like him. Dr Mehling even worked me in last year to check some swelling I had in my neck under my jaw to make sure it wasnt a problem tooth. Highly recommend this practice!

I feel very good about the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She was very pleasant and extremely professional, tackling teeth that were long overdue for a cleaning.Follow up: After having two crowns made and fitted, I have to say Dr Mehling is excellent, not only was he very responsive to any pain or discomfort I might have had but the crowns are perfect. I probably shouldn’t say, but I know for a fact that he is much more resonably priced than a former dentist I went to.

I had a front tooth break on the Friday afternoon before my daughters wedding. Dr. Mehling and staff saved the day for me, staying late on a beautiful Friday afternoon to fix my tooth for me. I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Mehling, Sheryl, and everyone else who stayed late that day to help me so I could attend my daughters wedding without a huge gap in my front teeth. The staff went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it so much. I would recommend Durham and Mehling DDS to anyone looking for a dentist. They are wonderful.

Everyone in the office is great. I have always gone to this dental office since I was a small child and always been a good experience. I found the services provided to me this day to be very desirable. The quality, attentiveness to details, and explanations of what action to be performed put me at ease and I was happy with the results. Ive been to many dentists in the past and found Dr. Durham to be one of the best. The willingness to answer questions clearly without being rushed says a lot about his interest in the patient.

I moved to Kalamazoo and tried to find a new dentist but never found one I was comfortable with. I have now decided that driving the hour from Kalamazoo is worth going to an amazing dentist! Was in for a cleaning today everything went well. The staff was very professional and answered any questions I had. The hygienist did a fantastic job and informed me what she was doing each step of the way. The doctor came in after and answered my questions and took the time to explain what was going on.

Its been almost 30 years Ive been going to the same building to get my teeth scraped on. I still have all my teeth and no fillings. (Well, I did get my wisdom teeth yanked out, all four at once, it was a breeze.) Either I brush and floss good or the dental hygienists do a really good job. Maybe both :-) I wouldnt consider going anywhere else, as long as Holly and Cheryl are cleaning my teeth!

Dr. Durham is a great dentist. The staff is friendly, they get patients in and out quickly and they dont do unnecessary extra work. We drive all the way across town after we moved because we dont want to switch dentists. Would highly recommend this office.
