I cant give this place 0 stars so 1 will do. Between getting CONSTANTLY shuffled around, and literally ZERO availability for ANYONE at just about ANY facility, I just dont even know what to do anymore. Combine that with basically being forced to drive 35-45 minutes ONE WAY to even be seen is just a complete disgrace.These people probably cause more mental health deaths than they prevent. Even more to the point, when they say well call you to reschedule, after they ask you to reschedule, and then a week+ goes by and you have to call, and then they say oh, nearest we can see you is the 29th, and its only the first?!Words cannot accurately express my EXTREME disappointment with the facility and its counselors. This place going bankrupt, burning down, or being completely removed from the face of the Earth will probably do more for peoples mental health than the false hope they give people in getting them the help they desperately need.0/10, will NEVER recommend. In fact, Ill go one step further and encourage ANYONE who is currently doing business here to go elsewhere. Theyll be far better off.

I love this place, my therapist is the best.

The first thing that warrants five stars for this counseling center is the daycare option they provide if you have kiddos! As a single mama this is an amazing service they offer to make getting scheduled much easier!Secondly, you feel like your at home when you are there! The staff was very friendly and helpful making it very easy to get started! They also have such a wide spectrum of therapist in order to accommodate your particular needs!They also have a few different locations which is great! I see a therapist at the East Beltline location which is the largest main campus, but they are also providing service in Grandville and Rockford!Call today to be paired with the perfect therapist! You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful, welcoming office with many therapists to choose from. They are great at helping you find the right fit. Not to mention they provide child care which is huge!! Highly recommend.
