Donna is an absolutely wonderful therapist! I saw Donna for over a year and she helped me tremendously. Within our first few sessions we established goals that I wanted to achieve. She provides a very caring and safe atmosphere and shes easy to talk to and made me feel understood. I felt comfortable to talk through my past and current experiences & traumas and how that all led to my thoughts and patterns of behavior I have today. Donna was able to help me recognize these patterns and identify ways to overcome anxious and negative thoughts. She also helped me with coping mechanisms that worked for me. She gave me homework which I also found to be helpful in my mental health journey. We circled back to my goals and she made sure that I felt confident that we reached those goals, which we did. I am so appreciative of Donna and I highly recommend her to others
