*****Have you ever had a Doctor come to the waiting room and take you to the exam room and then after your thorough exam take you to the checkout counter?*****Well,Dr Weatherhead,is not only an awesome Doctor, she is also very personable and professional.*****

I was able to get in-and-out very quickly the the medical assistant that brought me back to the room was well trained and was able to do the beginning parts of the eye exam easily. As you move along through the doors the next person takes care of you efficiently and is knowledgeable if you have questions. When the doctor came in came in she looked at all the results looked at pressures and things and redid a couple of tests in order to double check the results. Then testing my vision went very quickly. They are making the referrals and I am just waiting for the referring doctor to contact me. I have been going to Grand Rapids ophthalmology for a long time and it looks now like Im going to have to go a little more frequently! Which I am happy to do.

Very satisfied with my experience - from the receptionist - the techs -.and the wonderful Dr weatherhead -.everything was as perfect as it gets. Dr Westherhead is exceptional - she is professional and yet very personal. I feel blessed to have her care for me and my eyes!

I had some concerns about something obstructing my vision in my left eye and she did a thorough evaluation of it before determining it was a vitrious fluid bubble that had detached inside my eye - not a torn retina or anything like that. I have been so impressed with Lindsay Weatherhead that we drive an hour each way, from Kalamazoo, to see her! Shes kind, thorough, and definitely is one of my favorite people right now...let me explain. She found a tear in my retina on Friday, and called right away and scheduled me into an appointment to get it fixed here in Kalamazoo for Monday. Talk about immediate action! I was impressed, and grateful. She is serious about your vision, and it shows.
