Before I went to Dr Harrison I had a constant pain in my neck. I couldn’t reach over my head and had limited range of motion of my head. Now I can reach the top shelf and can turn my head like an owl!! He’s great and his staff is awsome!!!

Dr. Harrison is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and overall just a really good person ...other than the fact that he’s a wolverine fan 😏...he is amazing. He has helped my mobility, flexibility and overall physical comfort. His adjustments really makes a difference. And the massage/stretching team is very skilled at what they do. Katelyn and Merrisa are so very strong for such small statures and very knowledgeable about muscle patterns and trigger points. They are also very accommodating with children/babies often helping out with my littlest (8 months) while I get my stretch in.

Every appointment has been great. The Chiropractors are very knowledgeable and actually want to help people. The front staff is welcoming and kind. They make check in and billing a breeze. All the therapists are fantastic. It feels very much like a family when you are there, everyone gets to know you and treats you like a friend.

Had my first visit today and walked out feeling SO much better! Their system is organized, staff is friendly and had answers to all of my questions and the doctor was wonderful! I felt very comfortable the entire time.

I give the good doctor 5 stars. He really is an excellent physician with some great staff. Unfortunately - their marketing department can be aggressive. Repeated Calls to set up appointments if you haven’t scheduled one, (3 in one day) Then after having not gone for a while I got a phone call stating that I owed $30 from several years ago and that they would be sending the bill to collections. I called them up and asked if they were really gonna send $30 to collections after two years of not mentioning it to me. They said they would. So I paid the $30 bucks, And asked them for an itemized bill. We will see if it’s a legit charge when it arrives. To be clear - I’m sure no one is being dishonest, but i suspect some sort of accounting error from long ago that they are trying to correct way after the fact. You don’t keepGood customers by sending them to collections over $30 or calling them 3x a day to schedule new appointments.

Ive been going here for a long time, finally found them after trying several places. They are the BEST! Friendly, knowledgeable, they care about you. Its convenient that they have massage therapy right there too. Cannot say enough good things about them!

Straight to the point kind of place. Because of my insurance, I get an adjustment, massage, stretch, and traction table treatment. Good place for people with a lot of tension or pain in their back or legs. Harrison brothers will crack you up in more way than one. Receptionists are always pleasant as well.

I was greeted and with the doctor exactly at the time of my appointment. This a very clean, well run office and I am pain free for the first time in several weeks.

As always and in the past, the service I have received has always been outstanding. Dr Harrison is the only Dr. that was able to help me with a problem I had just sitting in the past. I could not sit for more than about 10 minutes without having devastating low back pain & headaches. The treatment I received gave me tremendous relief.I am so thankful to Dr. Harrison, and his office staff is Number 1.

On August 6th as I made my way into Harrison Chiropractic Center the first step was to use the computer right inside the door to provide information for my massage therapist (s) regarding any restricting tightness and/or pain of any degree in any upper body area above my waist. That information was also forwarded to Dr. Harrison with whom I always meet after the remediation provided in my massage therapy session was completed. Needless to say I was very pleased with the lead in therapy which included the loosening of the tightened (and knotted) areas, thus allowing Dr. Harrison to reach deeper when maneuvering the remaining causations away from their locations as well as the pre-existing sources of pain. When he does that, which is almost always, I do remember the words of wisdom passed on to me by Pat Stark, my football defensive coordinator who made me what I was and how I did more than most. Those words and their promise follow:Pain is only weakness leaving the body.That is what Dr. Harrison and his therapists have made happen for me going on 15 years now.God bless them. Buzz Baker, #25FCBFor many years Ive maintained regular every three weeks scheduling of neck and back massage therapy along with Dr. Harrisons multi-level examinations and manipulations that address the information that I provide when checking in and utilizing the computer to pass alongany/all problem areas (likely causations) that are already requiring treatment.However, my neck and back problems have lessened and been replaced by lower back, buttocks, groin and upper leg massage therapy, manipulation, stretching in the lower back by specific machine on a timely basis. That said, however, Ive recently had newly located XRays ofincreasingly painful lower back areas as well as new XRays of the upper hips.Those problem identifications and subsequent treatments are now being utilized more often on a tighter schedule, additional components of the therapy and manipulations, as well as with the machines required.All of those utilized last Friday (12/4) were provided by the same outstanding staff members, and will be repeated today (12/8)by those pros and necessary components and commitments.As noted prior, over the years Ive been very pleased with everyoneand in all respects at Harrison Chiropractic Center, P.C. I went to a chiropractor in Portland my whole life, but I was referred here when I moved to Grand Rapids for college. I desperately need a chiropractor because of all the running I do, and I have come here whenever I need to be treated. I now work here after a four month internship, and I enjoy it very much. The staff are friendly and help each other out, and many of the different treatments have helped me in my athletic endeavours. If you need a chiropractor, wed love to help you out!

Ive been going to Doctor Harrison since I was 6 (not a typo) years old! 20 years with Doc (the only Doctor Ive never had to switch). Made an apt for zerona, was scheduled to come in for treatment and when I got there they said I should start with pills before treatment and I was sent home and said they would call me in one or two days and now it’s two weeks later and I called and spoke to someone and even tho they said they would get back to me, they did not. Super friendly staff just dissapointed at how unorganized they are and because of that I won’t be doing the treatment.

This place is a horribly ran business. Upon arrival I could tell the staff was miserable and after getting to know a few of the employees it wasn t hard to tell why. Dr. Harrison is a creepy person and has terrible bed side manner. He cares little about his patients time constraints, brings his dog into the office, and seems to fall into a trap of continuous lies. His front desk person is extremely rude and should not be allowed to deal with people. I will be finding another place to take my business and would never recommend anyone I know to go there!
