Absolutely the best! Knowledgeable, personable and a friendly team who works well together and won’t make you come back unless needed. They not only fix us but give us ways to continue to stay healthy, get back on the competitive playing field or prevent the same injury. They can help with everything, literally! I saw Dr. Kevin, he seems very thorough and knowledgeable. I look forward to seeing how his care will help toward my fitness goals.The women at the front desk don’t seem very friendly, I don’t know if it’s because I don’t fit the aesthetic of the Cascade area or if it was something else but they didn’t give off a very welcoming first impression. They seemed uppity and inconvenienced by their jobs.

The appointment I made two days prior was canceled and I was not informed. I arrived early with my paperwork completed, waited 10 minutes for a person to come to the front desk, and was told that other people had already taken my slot after it was canceled. They would try to fit me in if I was willing to wait 45 minutes. Ironically, they took my credit card to secure the appointment because they were going to charge me if I canceled on them with less than 24 hours notice.

Dr. Reid fixed my neck and shoulder issues in a few visits. He takes the time to listen, professional, knowledgeable, and treats the underlying problem.
