Ordered online and my goods were delivered within the hour. The employee that delivered (forgot her name) was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable, down to earth. On top of that, the prices were great too. An affordable dispensary ran by awesome employees. 10/10

Ordered for my first time this weekend.. Online ordering was easy as well as the pickup. It was the in-between that wasnt great. I put my online order in at 1:30 Saturday afternoon. At 4:30 I called to check on the status and was told it could be another 2 hours. At 6:45 I called again and was told my order was ready. I was told there was a problem with their texting service at the moment and was told how to check my order on my account. Unfortunately I had ordered as a guest, so that wasnt an option for me. Sam helped when I showed up for my pickup. She was fantastic! Will definitely give them another shot. Hopefully the texting service is back up and running. Next time Ill create an account though just in case.

The people are always really friendly when I pull up to receive my order and the facility is beautiful. Great product selections too with a pretty decent variation of prices.

Just bought a 55 dollar 8th, brought it home and it weighed 3.1 grams. No flower is on display. Blacked out pill bottles and theres a rule against you touching the buds so you cant even check it out. The clerk will waive it in front of your nose. Some of the strains are pretty good though. 1 star because a clerk pinched my bag or they just cant add.

I really like the way that Fluresh operates. It is quick and convenient and the staff is GREAT. They have a good selection and good specials. Hope someday though to go inside to check it out. Definitely recommend if your in that area

This has to be the worst dispensary in Grand Rapids. If not by far the most over priced for quantity. You pay more for the packaging than the weed its self. There are plenty of other better dispensaries in Grand Rapids that are actually eco-friendly and a much better price. Id definitely do your research before shopping with Fluresh.

I loved the overall experience from start to finish. My bud tender Mallory was very knowledgeable and quickly figured out what I like and guided me in the right direction. If you’re getting stuff for recreational or for pain management or for any reason in between I can’t think of a better place to go and feel great about your decision.

If I could give more stars, I would. My “budologist” was Mallory. She’s AMAZING! Give this woman a raise! I’m not from the area and she made me feel like I was at home. She’s extremely knowledgeable, bubbly & professional beyond means. She went above & beyond to the point that when I come back to Michigan, I’ll be bringing others to here and referring Mallory & Fluresh to all my traveling friends. Her spirit & energy, along with the gentleman up front was so beautiful! I didn’t speak to anyone else in the shop but I did analyze the environment & all guest walked in & out happy. 10/10 🤍

Great environment, great store. People were so nice. Nobody bothered me or my service dog and it seemed everyone knew the proper way to handle someone with a service dog. The store was extremely clean and the lady on the phone was very helpful and didnt rush me or anything. Will absolutely be returning here again.

They offer delivery (sometimes) which is why I was most interested in them since I don’t currently have a vehicle. But sometimes they don’t give you the option to have it delivered at all. Only allows for pickup. Probably shouldn’t advertise delivery if it’s not always an option. I ordered some products this past Saturday and after 2 hours my ordered still wasn’t even processed. When I called, the guy was rude. He almost seemed annoyed that I was calling. He told me they received the order but they were waiting for the delivery driver to get back. No apology or anything. Another 2 hours went by before anyone showed. I waited 4 HOURS. Having to wait 4 hours is pretty outrageous. Not to mention they’ve raised their prices again. Probably better off buying off the street.Kenny contacted me and definitely made things right! I’ll be a returning customer for sure.

Had a few hip cups on my order, however Team Lead Chris which is well deserved of that title fixed my issues due to the online system. He was able to get me what I want! Made a happy customer for sure. I never experienced over beyond customer service until him. Thank you!!

Great service, great deals, and great value. This place is fantastic, curbside pickup is always easy and relatively quick. Delivery has been very convenient and hassle free. Prices are very competitive and they’ve always got exactly what I’m looking for. This is the dispensary I recommend to anyone in GR or visiting. The curbside attendants are always super helpful and quick in grabbing orders. An attendant named Lysa has helped me quite a few times and always is always quick and friendly!

Ive always had a great experience at Fluresh. Delivery times are painfully slow. I can understand more on the weekend but on a Tuesday? Not so much. Ordred at 4:40pm, its currently 7pm and the driver is still 24 minutes away. Everything else is fine, just wish they would sort out delivery times.

Rarely ever out of what you ordered online and if they are theyre quick to call and fix it! Always quick drive thru and friendly staff.

Communicated with staff over the phone, informed me they were busy and didn’t mention anything about only taking cash. Ineffectively assisted with me with their system just for me to arrive and be told the system didn’t get my order and that the store is closed. Take your money somewhere more professional with better communication.

I placed an order online for delivery just before open at around 8:45am. At around 2:15pm, I decided to call to see what was up. When checking my online order as the phone connected, I noticed that my entire order had just disappeared. The man I spoke with on the phone did everything he could to let me know it wasnt his fault and that he never saw the order or why it disappeared, never once apologizing. The funny thing was, he somehow knew my new address that I had added to the missing order. Anyway, after a little bit of research, I called MS&P on Scribner and the woman was super nice and helpful. They even had a sale on what I wanted! Thanks for pointing me in the RIGHT direction, Fluresh!

I am a regular visitor to this place. Normally always get good customer service and my order is ready correctly. If you havent been here, if its busy just put on some jams, wait and follow the flow of traffic. Also make sure you put in your order online. Dont be like those one people who hold up the line by not putting in an order.

Im not sure else how to get this issue addressed. Ive been coming to this facility regularly (check my history). My last 2 visits were disappointing. I ordered 3.5g and got home to a scale showing 2.2g. I called and a manager said hed get it replaced. My replacement was also a 3.5g jar that ended up weighing another 2.2g when I got back home. I didnt complain because at least I received the 3.5 I originally ordered.Today I ordered 14g of flower and went home to my scale showing 4.4g in each 7g container. Im disappointed. I called. I did get a replacement...but my replacement still left me about 1g short. I didnt want to waste anymore of my time by complaining yet again.Please fix your scales. Double check your orders are correct. Do the right thing. I want to support local but this is a big issue. And I know this is not intentional as Ive been told multiple times, but it still hasnt been corrected.Thanks

Everyone was really nice my order was accurate and the delivery driver was nice my only problem was the wait time for delivery I shouldnt be waiting almost 3 hours for it to be delivered and after about an hr and a half went by I called and no one answered so I left a message and then 40min went by with no response and I also texted with no response. If you are going to offer delivery if it is going to take up to 3hrs you should be updating the customer instead of not answering at all.

The last three times I’ve been here Jimmy Steinbeck has been the bud tender that has helped me. Some people are just not right for the job. They are not polite, they act completely uninterested in helping.Jimmy is not one of those. He’s very polite, seems very friendly. And he’s one of the fastest so it’s in and out quickly.

Went there twice, had a great experience. Went last Friday and my flower didn’t burn well. Ash is black. I believe it wasn’t flushed or cured well. Spent $90 on flower, doesnt burn. Can’t say I’ll be back.

I really enjoy this place but the last couple weeks the wait time has been unreal. Its not so much that theres a longer line...its like they take longer at each car than they used to. We waited 18 minutes for a cart with 2 cars ahead of us and its not really bad but its hard not knowing what to expect. Their products are awesome though.

I usually go here or to Lume in Lowell, both are really friendly with decent prices but as far as their loyalty programs, fluresh just doesn’t compete with Lume. It’s actually no comparison.. Lume has updated there loyalty program with Different/More rewards for less points. If the loyalty points don’t matter to you then by all means pick whatever but if you want more bang for your buck I’d choose Lume.

They have high quality products and with their deals that they have almost every weekend its usually cheaper then buying from a buddy despite the tax. I also love being able to try different flower whenever I like. Quick service as well.

The customer service for curbside pickup is HORRIBLE! The lack of urgency is so bad it just comes off as plain disrespectful. As someone has already mentioned, theres ALWAYS a line which isnt bad until you realize there wouldnt be one if the employees actually cared. Started going here because it was the first to go rec in GR but now Im so glad we have more, better options in the city.

Probably one of the best costumer service experiences I have ever had period. It was almost hard to complain about something the one time I had to after having 50 or more great experiences with the products they offer, especially the Fluresh brands, which are not only affordable but comparable to many of the big distributors in the recreational industry. I knew it wasn’t their fault directly, but one of the companies had distributed a product that had a discrepancy, and made them aware of it with little or no expectations on how Fluresh would come to handle the situation. Let’s just say, my situation was dealt with in a manner that left me in awe. I personally feel like after today’s experience there, I could not give my business to anyone else in this city. I was already a regular, because of convenience and the fair prices they offer, but the customer service is phenomenal and now I’m a die hard.Plus veterans discount -10%, pretty much tax free for us military ladies and gents.

Placed a delivery order 4 hours ago. After 2 hours i called so i could get an estimated time of delivery and the worker acted like i was out of line for even asking and all he told me was itll be sometime tonight. Cut to now, they are closed and their automated system wont even let calls through. If you wanna remember what buying weed was like when you were in HS i guess this is the spot for you.

I believe that this fine company is doing the best job they can while also being under many different microscopes. This is a new and budding industry that I am happy to be a customer of. Thank you for doing what you do everyday. I know that sounds cliche, however, I have chronic pain at the moment, and I am only 34. My only complaint is that I bought 3.5 grams of Chemtrail Cookies and it had about 20 or more seeds in it. Everything else was flawless. Thanks.

First time here experience was great.Staff was super friendly, albeit not super informed on product stock and battery usage. For instance couldnt answer general questions someone newer might ask about differences between battery brands such as vFire vs PAX or which batteries will accept flower vs oil vs shatter etc.Other than that though the shop was large, roomy, beautifully decorated. Wouldnt let me take photos of the inside yet, hopefully the next time I go in I can get some shots.There wasnt the largest selection: out of vFire packs and batteries, only a handful of pax era pods and only 1 type of each: hybrid, sativa, indica.They have about 8 options for flower, just about every one of them was sold out of the smaller portions and seemed that there were very slim pickings in the larger portions as well.They had TONS of edibles though, everything from gummies to chewing gum and chocolate bars.Im giving them a 4 because a small lack of knowledge of the product and low inventory. If/when they get into the groove of things I see myself raising this to a full 5 stars for sure.
