Very rude receptionist.

The shock of communicating with the office over the phone. Never in my life had more unfriendly, boorish communication! Reluctance to help, listen to the patient! A funeral happened in my family and I wanted to change the date of my visit to another day. All my information was in the computer system. Interrupted. Then they hung up !!! Doctors lose their clients! How can you pick up unqualified staff? I will look for another office. Horror!!!

Great doctor (PA) she found out part of my issuesWhich has helped me a lot with me eating When no other Doctors would not take the time or say no they want do that to help find out why it was hard to swallow and why i coughing all the time

5 Stars for Kristen Bold.... Zero Stars for the office staff - very rude and unprofessional. The rude and unprofessional staff won’t keep me away from seeing her.
