This gym is coming up! Really well equipped machines for specific muscles.Bathroom was spotless and the staff were all very welcoming!I’d like to shout out sherry . She was very polite and gave me an inside scoop for what health pled has planned for there on going makeover. The excitement she had in showing me the gym made me more pumped to lift 🔥🙌💪Overall best gym in Nebraska! Definitely coming back . Thank you health plex for the awesome experience

This gym is by far the best gym in Grand Island and one of the best gyms in the states. I have traveled all over the U.S. and been to the best of the best. This is still by far my favorite. If you see any bad reviews on here they have to be fake or other gyms in the area. Scott has developed a concept that very few gyms have. The minute you walk into this gym and go to the back it gives you that feeling. Most gyms today are bland and unmotivating. This gym is something special! 10/10

Great all- around gym with about everything you need. Free weights, spinning, outdoor volleyball and fitness area, whirlpool and tanning. Spacious with plenty of equipment and great staff support.

To say this is a great gym with all the equipment and a phenomenal staff would be an understatement! The owner Scott is often on site and very friendly. The equipment is well kept and the gym has a sense of community. We were in town for just a couple of weeks and they were willing to work with us on a temporary membership which was very kind. Highly recommend this gym over any chain Ive ever been to.

Clean, well layed out, plenty of space, nice locker rooms. Hot tub and sauna are awesome. Free weights and machine selection set them apart from other gyms. Staff are helpful and friendly. Always feel safe.

I love this place. It has everything you could need in a gym. Sauna, hot tube, free weights, machines, and plenty of cardio options. The staff is always extremely friendly. Open 24/7.

This gym has been a part of the family since I was a kid! I love being able to come in at any time and feel welcomed by long-time friends and new faces! I wouldn’t be where I am today without the love and motivation shared at this facility. :)

When I first joined the Health Plex I was 100+lbs overweight. I was terrified to walk in the door. From the 1st day I found nothing but support and positivity. Over 3 years I lost 125 lbs and gained a family. I am still a daily member and enjoy the ever changing and always improving equipment. If youre intimidated to begin a life change give the Plex a try!

I joined Health Plex over three years ago wanting to improve my overall fitness level and reach new goals. I have gotten so much more than what I expected with my membership!All staff members and very helpful, friendly, respectful, offer a wide range of expertise and I’m ALWAYS greeted with a “Hi, how are you?” when I walk through the door! If I need assistance with anything while I am there it is taken care of immediately and with a smile! 😃. I have come to feel like part of a large gym family that is just as excited for me to meet my goals as I am!!The facility has plenty of cardio equipment of all types available to use, even when it’s a busy time of day. (I usually arrive at 5:30-6pm). Free weights and so many options of various types of other equipment are also available to use and all in good working order. The functional room is great open space to do classes offered, or make up your own workouts.There have been many updates the past 6 months that have made this gym a great place to work out...fresh painted walls...fun tastefully done graffiti...reupholstered benches...another full set of free weights...the women’s locker room has more new benches and locker space available for day use or to rent.I love to use the available dry sauna and tanning that is included in the price of the monthly membership! Everything is always clean, well maintained and ready for anyone to use!There isn’t a better gym option in Grand Island in my oponion! THANK YOU Healrh Plex!!
