WOW... looks like most of the reviews about payment scams are correct. Just received a court summons from a bill I had no clue about. Talk about a shady way to do business with people in need. Not once did I receive a bill in the mail or anything of the sort. Wanted to settle out of court with no way to do so and now Im expected to pay the Lawyer and Court fees... Looks like this is how they really make the money for this sad excuse of a hospital. After all what is stopping them from doing so... The ER is a joke here and Surgery department Look absolutely gross!

Outdated and possibly one of the worst billing systems/financial department I have ever encountered in a hospital. If you dont want to be notified of outstanding balances once treated go here. Its great they dont contact you by mail or phone ever... though they have all your information. They offload your balance to a collection agency who then also fails to contact you. Then they take you to court and once you are contacted by a third party law firm (fees included if you use them) you call the financial department and say you would like to pay the balance in full to settle out of court but they refuse to take your money. Its a mess and Im surprised this place has not gone out of business. I live in the area and would rather drive my mangled body to Grand Rapids then use this dump of a hospital. ER waits are 2 hours plus and the surgery department looks like its from the 60s.

My daughters experience was better this time. The wait was a little long to be seen but it was a holiday weekend and during the busiest times at an ER. The NP that seen her was good. He listened to her and was able to call her OBGYN and between the two of them make a diagnosis for her after tests we ran. While figuring this out he kept her pain under control as well.. Good job this time!

Just got a total hip replacement and I feel great the nurses and all staff was very helpful very courteous and very knowledgeable I would come here and recommend it to anybody. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF.

Worst Hospital Ever!!! My mom just right now left there having an anxiety attack because of the way she was treated!!!! And this is how this place has run since I worked there over 15yrs ago!!! The staff is always this way!! They always laugh about, make fun of and talk about there patients!! They have no compassion!!!!Ask around!!! See for yourself!!!!This will not be dropped!!! I will be meeting with a lawyer tomorrow!!!!

This hospital ER is the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hospital.

I went in with excruciating pain in my neck. After being there for over an hour a nurse came with a c-collar and put it on wrong which put me in more pain. The only saving grace was a CT tech who was helpful in getting me vertical after the CT. The P.A. assistant who did my initial neuro work up was compassionate to my pain. I didnt see a doctor until I was there for 2 hours and had my CT. If you ever have an emergent issue go somewhere else.

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. There’s one doctor and barely any patients and we’ve been here TWO hours and not one tome has any one came in to do anything!! I will never come back even though this is the closest emergency room to me. 1/10 would not recommend

I have had several surgeries at NOCH and they have all been positive experiences. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. The pre-surgery staff was absolutely the best. Dr.Barron and his surgical staff was an awesome group. And post surgery was excellent!! I went home feeling very confident and so happy with my care from this wonderful group of professionals.

Took over 3 hours to get an IV. Asked what pharmacy to send I wanted Rx sent to, sent it the only Walgreens that is closed in my city.

Went in for an appointment. A woman took down my first and last name. She wrote my last name as Cotton. Given that Im black, I find that extremely rude. I went to the front desk nearby to file a complaint. The two women there tried to act like it was no big deal. I called their HR department. The lady said she would talk to her and then proceeded to say maybe she heard you wrong. Hawthorne sounds nothing like cotton. This is ridiculous.**Edit in response to the reply**As it reads in my initial review, I already spoke with the patient relations. I was met with excuses. So, it seems even the HR needs training 🙃

Poor service payment programs are 3rd party and unethical in health care. Wish they would treat me like an illegal alien. Never clean and never a smile. Go to Grand Rapids not this vet clinic.

My dad was taken there tonight after a bad fall. Every one was rude. Mathew Dewys, and Justin Donaghue were both totally incompetent and uncaring. Last time we go to GH. I’ll drive to Muskegon instead.

A nurse pulled something out of the garbage and used it on me. Also worst experience of my life going for 3 days in a row

I just had surgery here and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, warm, and on time. Every single doctor and nurse went above and beyond to make me feel safe and welcome. I would 100% have a procedure here again if needed.

Horrible experience. Doctor only ran a blood test. Nothing else. Now being admitted to a different hospital. Treated me like i was just after pain meds

If you dont have health insurance, you can forget about ever being treated!! For those with health insurance, they will run up a large hospital bill!I waited 8 hours for them to fix a broken finger for me. As a result, I had to have that same finger rebroken weeks later and pins put in to straighten it!I once got yelled at by a nurse after a major surgery, she told me to shut up because she said it didnt hurt that bad. I had about 25 staples!They didnt have the proper equiptment to save my brothers life! He had a collaped lung and they did the wrong thing by putting him under for the ambulance ride to Spectrum hostpital in Grand Rapids. He died on the way there!

Ive always had great treatment at NOCH, from ER visits to lab visits, outpatient surgery or testing. Ive always been treated in a timely fashion and treated with respect. Good job!!

Called because all I wanted was for them to tell me how long I need to be off because they suspect I have mono and they said until I get my blood drawn they cannot tell me. How pathetic when they said yesterday. And I quote, “we do not force patients to do anything” obviously you do when you can’t tell patient any information. When we’ve ruled out everything else. Disappointed with how the child on the phone acted. Definitely will be going to Grand Rapids er from now on.

Been here three hours with my best friend. Still never seen a doctor, no one has come in and checked on her, didnt reply very fast when she beeped them, never was offered T.V. or anything to drink and were still here. I will never come here again and neither will she. I have asked them where the doctor is and they just keep saying busy... Ridiculous

Went in to the ER at 4am with my Father. Amazing wonderful ER doctor, patient, understanding, listened exceptionally well and did an amazing job in an awkward situation. Nurses and staff were patient and attentive. The fastest I have ever seen. In may, when my mother was transported by ambulance after being discharged from a Muskegon county hospital 6 hours earlier they were amazing then as well. In the midst of the worst part of the pandemic the let my dad go to see her after they called and said she was decompensating. The doctor again, AMAZING. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about getting mom into hospice, and knowing the importance that my father be with her after 55 years of marriage. Sadly she passed away in hospice that same day. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to NOCH with the care, compassion, and understanding they gave in this most difficult situation.

A couple doctors in here are ok thats why Im giving two stars. Other then that NOCH doesnt care about the people. Just got done paying a garnishment to them instead of filing bankrupt and now they served me again. I understand I owe you but we are in the middle of a pandemic and my wife isnt working. Show some compassion. All they care about is money. Pretty sad. I cant even file bankruptcy easily right now because the courts are so hard to use. Thanks for caring about the ppl guess well have to figure out how to eat some how.

Have to say that I was impressed with the speed, efficiency, and knowledge of Dr Eadie. She is a fantastic physician and I was grateful for her careful treatment during my stay. Please know you had a profound impact on one of my worst days! Appreciate your hard work!

Worst hospital ever don’t recommend

You never appreciate hospital staff until you have a medical emergency while traveling. I’m grateful for the care they took with my family. Clean and quiet ER with professional and knowledgeable staff.

Birthing unit is awful! My Doctor was the only good part of that place. One of the day shift nurses was so rude. Having a baby is suppose to be a wonderful experience and she ruined it for us. We could hear them gossiping about us. Never again. I recommend going somewhere else. (Calling patient relations is not going to fix anything. Maybe educate your staff on who is the mother and bed side manner. Its a moment Ill never get back.)

Ive always had my issues with them being slow, prescribed my husband meds that he was allergic to along with other things. Couple years later couple houses later and Im being sued for unpaid medical bills and Ii had full coverage insurance. call and try and see what they will do and because its over a year old they wont rebill. And I told the lady I didnt even know about the bills until I got the letter from the attorney. Then she asked if my address was my current one. I said yes but it wasnt and she informed me she couldnt even check previous address so I dont even know if they sent me bills or if they sent them to the wrong address. She asked me why I didnt call when it happened and I said because I just told you I didnt even know about it. So beware their billing there dont know what they are doing -.-

The ER is Awesome at not making you wait to be seen... Have had Excellent and Fast medical service.. the staff is excellent too

Went to ER last night ... From start to finish it took 40 minutes. Everyone was so kind , seemed to know his or he job , was freezing and the ex-ray woman gave me a heated blanket on the way over to ex-ray. EVERYONE went above and beyond...why? I havent been to this hospital is beyond me. So much cleaner than my old hospital

I went here for a mammogram and was told my insurance covered the 3d mammogram but then found out I had to get prior approval and they still charged me for it. I am so glad I do not have that insurance anymore as it did not cover alot of even the basic things.

I have never had anything but great care at North Ottawa in over 60 years. Very clean hospital, good staff, recent renovations, and my family have had nothing but positive experiences with surgeries, labs, and the emergency care. We have chosen this hospital over other nearby hospitals because we have always been happy with the doctors, staff and care they provide.

I went into NOCH’s ER department about 4.5 months ago. It was as good of an experience as any ER visit can be... The staff there is stellar, especially Theresa Verry (my super empathetic, and totally awesome nurse) and the doctor, (who’s name eludes me right now...) but he had grey hair and a warm, comforting smile that put me at ease... Clean facility, full of competent and attentive professionals. I’m super thankful for all of them.

I find this to be very representative of NOCH...I had one of their xray techs call me a liar to my face.(And no NOCH Im not talking to customer service patient relations. It will do neither of us any good and just get me banned from your hospital too)Update 3/15/20With lab tests in and out of NOCH it has been discovered I have mono bizarrely enough. That means twice I have been to their ER Department and twice they have called mono a cyst. That has been my experience with NOCH and so many others. Leaving me with crippling neurological symptoms and pain from unending muscle spasms all up and down my body right now. As a result of the mono worsening my present neuro issues.Awww bless your heart, NOCH!

Went there a few years ago for a back injury. The E.R. doctor told me it was just badly bruised. I find out 3 years later that I had a disk in my back that showed signs of stress fractures. This doctor shouldnt be in th E.R.if he cant read an X-ray.

Great community hospital. Caring staff. I was through the ER and impatient for 5 days in 2017. No complaints and the hot turkey sandwich was great once I was back on solid foods before my discharge!

My mother came to the ER in the middle of the night and we were treated fantastically! Spent 3 nights in total and every nurse, Doctor and cleaning person was very sweet. A great experience for a sick mom and worried daughter. Thanks to all.

The therapists at NOCH have done amazing things to help me post TKR surgery. The depth of skill and technique is exemplary. Ben is a fantastic therapist. He is encouraging, helpful and extremely adept at his work. Our community is blessed to have NOCH Therapy center.

My girlfriend started having extremely had chest pains so I quick drove her to the emergency room and they tooker us into a room and made her wait 25 min in agonizing pain. Do not come here. Also my dad had a knee surgery done here and he had to come back 2 different times because it got infected... And if the owner actually cared he would contact those people not send them to a help line for Christ sake.

Ive gone there many times for some reason. But every time i went i had great service and everyone was polite, and took care of my needs. Very professional hospital i will go again if needed

I had an MRI at NOCH today and was really nervous. The staff at the front desk of the radiology department were very nice and answered all my questions. When I got called back for the actual MRI and got on the table of the machine I got really anxious and started to panic. The one tech, Brent was super sweet and offered to stay in the room with me for the test. He stayed right where I could see him and knowing he was there helped me stay calm while in the machine. Lauren, the other tech was just as great. She was very patient and answered my 50 questions very well and was very understanding. I had an amazing experience today and I always have at NOCH! I cant thank them enough!

If you can drive to your home hospital i would. They ALL need training on how to talk with people. From the check in person to the Doctor...The Nurses are very loud and we could hear all of their conversations. Just not a great experience. The Orthopedic Doctor was great, but I will avoid this Hospital.

Both of my children were born at NOCH. I have had to use the ER on one occasion. My parents see their general practitioners at the outpatient building on the NOCH campus. It is a very nice resource for us to have in the Grand Haven community. The doctors and staff that work there are very well trained, there are some real gems with lots of experience in specific fields.

Do not go here if you are desiring a natural childbirth!! I even had a midwife who was awesome until it was time to have my baby. I do not think the staff knew how to support this type of (normal!) birth without the introduction of drugs. I have heard that the hospital in Zeeland is much better at supporting women who want a natural childbirth.

On August 24, 2019, Inwas admitted to North Ottawa Healthcares Emergency room. I had a perforated ulcer and was in a great deal of pain. I had surgery 5 hours after I arrived. The staff in emergency did everything possible to make me comfortable. Once I awoke in ICU I was taken care of by a compassionate and attentive nursing staff.Dr. Krebill is a Rockstar who executed a laparoscopic surgery that saved my life...I was blessed when the ambulance service brought me to this facility.

I just learned that I’ve had two completely bogus charges from this sad excuse for a hospital that they sent to debt collectors without even giving me notice. I am fully covered and pay all co-pays on time so this is just complete nonsense. Must be why this decent looking hospital in one of the nicer towns in west Michigan has such a horrid rating. Thanks for the bad credit score you bassholes.

I am so thankful for the Doctors, and Medical Team of North Ottawa Community Health. The Dr. and PA listened to me, and figured out what was going on. They discovered my 22mm Chiari, and helped start the process on saving my life! I went and had my decompression surgery this past January at U of M thanks to their finding, and am now back in pre med school, and feeling much better. Life is precious!!!

Went to e.r. in a lot of pain. Never went to this hospital or any around because I had just moved to this area a few months ago. I was treated horribly as if I were lying or after drugs. I mean just terrible! The RN that checked me in rolled her eyes when she asked me about which pharmacy I would prefer. The other nurses were incredibly rude, I felt so unwelcomed and uncomfortable!! It wasnt until after my CT scan when they saw I had a large kidney stone that they started to treat me a little better. I never want to go back, thats for sure.

I am currently in the ER because of a potential broken toe, and I had to get on here and leave a review because I have had such amazing service. The nurses and doctors have been friendly, prompt, and incredibly attentive. I am very happy with my experience (aside from the injury, of course).

ER. Emergency needed for 4 year old respiratory distress . The team all rushed to my great grandson and gave him super help. The admission Judi P. X-ray and respiratory, and all the staff were excellent. I thank you NOCH for saving my great grandson

I live off apple in Muskegon which is awhile ways from grand haven. I don’t know why but when I was pregnant I wanted my son to be born in a better town than Muskegon so while I’m in the car screaming from contractions at 5 am I made my mother drive another 30 minutes listening to me screaming just to get me to North Ottawa ER. I received the best treatment ever. I was basically the only one there, it was quiet and the room was beautiful and everything went so perfect! My first time and I didn’t feel any pain or have any complications, and my dula was absolutely stunning I didn’t pay or ask for her but she was there and I never got to thank her! So if you see this I thank the nurse that was with me 5/13/18 to deliver my son! And everytime the baby cried the nurses came to help me and my very confused fiancé. Everything was perfect. Thank you. Very professional staff.

The Drs and nurses were awesome. However since their merger the Staff is stretched really thin. My wife has had multiple appointments cancelled within hours hours of her appointment. Today dr had to leave to go deliver a baby during her scheduled Appointment due to lack of staff. Office hours have been cut due to no drs to cover. Seriously pregnant ladies find another hospital who can meet your individual needs.

Recently took a family member to the Emergency Room and by far was the worst experience I have had working with medical professionals. The staff acted like we were an inconvenience for being there although we were one of the only patients on the floor at the time. The nursing staff belittled my family member and acted extremely unprofessionally. Do not take your family here if you want quality care!

My most recent experience has been entirely more frustrating than necessary. A follow up visit to a regular physical due to a medication not working was classified as something other than that and I am now being billed 4x as much.Ive called billing multiple times and have been told servers are down. Ive called insurance and they said theres nothing they can do. Ive called the doctors office four times, leaving voicemails and having staff write down notes, and I still have not heard back. Two voicemails, being put on hold while the operator found the MA which ended up in voicemail, and another operator leaving a sticky note with no follow up.

Went to the hospital for an infection on my arm and was given ear drops for a prescription. I think the dr had me mixed with another patient.

Great care. Personal feel. Not just another number. So glad to have this resource in the community.

*** update NOCH reads the reviews. I received a phone call from them apologizing for my bad experience. They said they would do better communicating. That would be great! I was surprised by the call and think that is a good start to better customer service.Went to the ER because nothing else was open and my friend who is a nurse urged me to be seen ASAP. My PCP did not return my call today. I understand that ER is for emergency and they come first. But when you come in and are trying to determine if its worth the wait, just be honest and say you are very busy tonight. Do not make a patient wait 1 hour and 45 minutes to say well we have been busy tonight. Be up front! Also the front desk and triage nurse both treated me like I was stupid. I am not! I know that this was not a true ER I am willing to pay the bill to get this medical condition figured out. Honestly this is the last straw... I will never go to NOCH again. They are rude and only care about the bottom line. I have never had an experience there that was positive. No wonder people want Spectrum or other care entities to open in Grand Haven. Maybe then the customer service/ care would be better!!

The younger woman at the information desk on the first floor needs to be fired for her dismissive, snobbish attitude toward me. When I was leaving the place and she seen me but purposely ignored me, while telling the person behind me to have a nice day. I dont know if that is part of the job or if its required to tell people to have a nice day as theyre leaving, but she made it clear she wasnt going to say it to me. I thought it was discriminatory, unprofessional and disrespectful. This was somewhere around 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. today.

To be honest its been quite a while since Ive been to emergency department at N.O.C.H. I was pleasantly surprised to find the new department was very nice. After being placed into a room I was promptly, caringly, and kindly attended to. I was impressed with the staff and with my care......hummm North Ottawa hospital seems to be on an up-swing....good job to all.

My wife and I use North Ottawa Family Practicce and are very satisfied. However I am compelled to speak out on behalf of my best friend who was inpatient last summer and my father who was in ER last winter and I eyewitnessed the horrible treatment they received. I was embarrased that this sub level service was being provided by our local hospital. When I needed to visit an ER myself, I did not select NOCH but went to another area hospital.

The ER doctors are here completely inept.Ive went here several times over the past year with body pains, extreme perspiration and stomach issues. Several times I was told there was nothing wrong with me and sent on my way while the symptoms continued.Then the FIRST TIME I went to Mercy ER with the same symptoms, they tested me and found that I had a low phosphate problem and gave me medication to immediately fix the issue. It was so low, in fact, that the nurses at Mercy were surprised that I hadnt fallen into a coma.NOCHS ER doctors will not work with you at all, no matter what you try to tell them. Honestly if you can make the drive, GO TO MERCY OR SPECTRUM! They will help you much more than these people.Edit:: Thank christ for the Spectrum Urgent Care that recently opened up. Hopefully NOCHS will close its doors for good and stop making people worse off than when they came in!Edit2:: Forgot to mention that the ER doctor who seen me for this condition at noch suggested that I was just trying to get pain medication for recreational use.

The only reason they are getting a star is because our nurse was great and our tech for Chest X Ray was great. Other than that i have never been more disappointed in a hospital. When we had a question we had to go up to the desk because NOONE came to check on us and when we did go up to the desk NOONE would make eye contact with us like they could care less and didn’t want to do anything to help except sit there. We needed help getting someone to the bathroom, it took 10 minuites before our nurse came into the room and when we asked her she said no one had told her that we needed help and she went right away to help us. So thank you to our nurse for actually caring enough to help us. I will not be going to this hospital again. I would rather drive to Grand Rapids.

Have had to use the services of NOCH multiple times and have always gotten excellent care from the nurses and doctors to the ladies at the front desk. Highly recommend.

Some of the worst medical experience Ive taken a part in have happened with a couple of the primary care doctors in the internal medicine section of this hospital... they will force you to reschedule even if its their fault that you do not get processed in time. They will not take other medical opinions into consideration; and they are refusing to change with the times. Some of their policies when it comes to holistic medicine are borderline discriminatory...

Ive been sitting here with my mom for over an hour and still havent seen a doctor. A nurse came in and she told her that she was feeling nausea but yet no pills to treat it. No one knows what thier doing and its like they forgot were even here.

The Emergency room folks and the staff on the Med-Sure floor could not have been more compassionate and kind while professionally treating my relative. Thanks to one and all!

Horrible care I left there an hour after checking in with the exact same pain nauses and vomiting that I started with I was treated like I was a drug seeker. Apparently and they do not know how to treat anybody with a chronic illness like crohns disease

Worst ER ever. Nappy fake red haired PA needs to be reported to the medical board, I feel bad for the local residents that have to rely on her in an emergency.

I have had a number of surgeries including a major cancer surgery at NOCH over the years. Doctors, nurses and supporting staff have always given me the best of care, and have shown a genuine concern for my comfort and recovery. Almost killed my 2yr old by giving her amoxicillin which she is allergic to, then after she broke out in hives and started to pass out they gave her something to counter the reaction which just lead to us having to go to devos later after we got home and she still was having issues from the noch er

Went to the emergency room because my girlfriend was vomiting uncontrollably, had extreme dehydration and severe stomach pain. The ER nurse was very pleasant; that is where anything good about our experience ended. My girlfriend was asked to drink over 20 ounces of fluid in order for them to run tests. Given the fact that she was there for severe stomach problems and was nearly incoherent from the dehydration she was unable to drink most of it. The attendant seemed irritated when I told them that she could not finish the liquid and said Just make her drink as much as she can and well see if it works.... I have had more pleasant service at a fast food restaurant.The doctor was a very young man(late 20s -ish) and had another very young female intern with him. He entered the room with an inflated sense of confidence, claimed to know what was wrong with her before even seeing test results and was generally rude. I watched as he and the young intern went and sat down in front of a computer and seemed to be flirting with each other for a solid 30 minutes before a nurse(the people who do the real work) brought him some test results. He came back and informed us that the tests were inconclusive and he was standing by his original diagnosis(the one without any kind of empirical evidence).After about 6 hours of sitting in the emergency room and running tests we left with my girlfriend feeling better than when she came in. Maybe you could consider that a small victory for NOCH, however: The problems resumed and continued. The bill for our visit was over $5000 and she was misdiagnosed! She listened to the ER doctors advice and the ailment continued. With some internet sleuthing we were able to come to our own conclusion and with a little more fact finding we were able to bring an end to her illness without the help of doctors or a hospital.If the point of going to a hospital was to be disrespected, misdiagnosed, and put on the brink of financial ruin, I would give NOCH 5 Stars.

This note is about the NOCH system, not the hospital. Last month went to see the doctor at her office for flu systems. Paid $15 co pay at the time of service. A month later, I received a $15 invoice from NOCH. Figured it was a mistake. Verified with doctor that they recorded my $15 copay and had no idea what the additional $15 was for. She said to call NOCH for explanation of the additional $15. NOCH has the audacity to charge a facility fee when you see a doctor that is in a building that NOCH owns! So, basically, I am paying $30 copay to see the doctor. Called my insurance provider and was told that it is a charge NOCH has decided to charge, not insurance. There was no advance notification of this charge being implemented recently. I understand that some other hospitals are doing the same thing, but not all of them. This is an outrage!

I looked up noch and a hospital is the first thing i see i was like is noch in one of these rooms i gave it five stars because noch is the creator of the game mincraft

Terrible birthing unit. It was a nightmare with gossipy nurses and plenty of mistakes made. I know I am not the only one who has had this experience.

A friend of mine was in a serious car crash and was in critical Condition With Multiple Skull fractures and other broke bones and Brain Trama when transported to noch before transfer to Spectrum......He was there for At least 8 hours in life threating critical condition before stabilized enough to transfer......His family spent Those Hours in panicked worry wondering where he was when he had called to say he would be home in 45 min right before the crash......Because noch did not notify them he was there at all.......There was no reason because he had id and his girlfriends number in his wallet, not only that he also had a friend with him who verified who he was and numbers to family.......Not only did they make no attempt to contact Anyone, They Refused to Let his friend use the phone to contact family! Yes doctors and Nurses First priority is to treat and stabilize him but There Is All kinds of other staff members who could have called and Notified His Family! He Could Have and Almost Did DIE without his family Every Aware He was hurt! He could have died alone with no one to advocate his wishes or make choices if needed! I Think it Should Be Priority To Notify Family Of Critical Patients so they can rush to their side or at least the waiting room for Support and incase tough choices must be made......Admission Clerks could easily do this Small thing for patients and their familys Or Even Recruit Volunteers! I am Sure Someone Would Jump At the Chance, if I lived in the area or could do it Like an at home service where I got updated lists of Patients who need Family Notified I would do it In A heartbeat!.........First Thing When Transfered to Spectrum they did Was Contact His Family And not Only His Girlfriend but His Mother To! I Am so Sickened and Disapointed in The conduct of your facility.......From what I heard This kind of Misconduct is Not Unusual for noch! I am just in shock you would let patients go to the brink of Death without the support of their Loved ones or at least the notification of them! SHAME

I got excellent health care service with two of my pregnancies, through the deliveries, and after the deliveries as well. I will always suggest North Ottawa Womens Health Center to any woman who lives in West Michigan.

Worst healthcare in West Michigan, opt for Holland or Spectrum. Thank god Spectrum is coming to town, time to shut this dump down.
