This practice is horrible. I have had nothing but awful experiences since following my daughters old PA from her old practice to this new practice. I mentioned on the phone about 2 months ago that I would be looking for a new provider for my disabled adult daughter but have yet to transfer any records because it is not an easy process. When I called for a referral today, I was told that they do not consider my daughter a patient any longer because of that verbal statement and refused to issue the referral.

I have been going to Donna for my whole life (24 years). Donna is one of the most sweetest people I have ever met. She listens to you thoroughly, she explains things in the most professional way. Getting a hold of her is very easy. I moved from Fruitport to Kentwood & I still make my yearly visit to her office because I can’t imagine finding a new doctor that doesn’t know my history.
