Optometrist was very rude to my mother when she went to try on glasses, she acted like my mother was just an inconvenience and had a harsh tone with her. Would not recommend at all. It is not worth going to a place where the employees are so rude. They ruined my moms day. Im so disappointed.

I don’t even really know what all to say about the workers here. They we’re AMAZING to say the least.Spent over an hour here today and they did not once give up or stop helping me until we got what we needed, while there we’re a couple problems.Especially the woman who was attending to me.I thank you! I left very happy and satisfied with their customer service skills.

Got new glasses here in October 2019 and by Feb 2020 had to start wearing old glasses because the new ones were scratched so badly seeing was almost impossible. Brought them back Monday 4/13/20 only to have the male associate there tell me I didnt have a scratch warranty because I had gotten the anti glare coating that he said I should have on the day that I purchased the glasses. I left the glasses there, the associate told me he would contact his boss to see if there was anything they could do, then would call me, its is now Thursday 3 days later and no call. Think twice before getting eye ware here.UPDATE....Well Allison from the vision center just called and assured me they will remake my lenses. This is the kind of customer service I am used to from Wal-Mart. Thank you Allison!!Now I can change my rating to a 4 🌟....over all.
