She is very professional and she would find the knots and work with it. I know that she did hard but I would tell her little bit soft and she did. I did have a hard time finding massager to work through my knots. They just ignore and just rub and rub. That’s frustrating.I would go back to them. 🙂

Nice massage. Have had better but ok for the price. A little odd that they offer couples massages but when booked they had no idea that the couple wanted to be in the same room. Maybe lost in translation? Overall, an ok experience.

What a massage that was. Ive done many massages but nothing like that. I cant lay on my back or sit back on a chair. When I breath in it hurts. I didnt see 1 certificate on the walls. The only thing in the room was suave lotion. No music, no blanket,. Nothing. She was walking up a down my back on her knees. Horrible experience.You couldnt pay me anough to go back. All she was worried about was her tip. She ask me twice for a tip. I gave her 20bucks. If I had anything less she would of gotten a buck!

Wow! What an amazing massage! We’ve been road tripping for the last few days throughout Michigan so I was in a dire need of a massage. They were able to fit me in that evening and it was one of the best massages I’ve had. I also felt VERY safe in terms of COVID, as they told me on the phone I had to wear a mask and the masseuse was wearing a mask AND a plastic face shield. Price was extremely reasonable and was the cheapest of the 10 places I looked at in grand haven. Definitely sad this place isn’t in my hometown of Milwaukee, otherwise I’d be a regular!

This is not a place to go if you are just looking for a nice relaxing massage. The bed they use looked like a mattress pad with no sheet; the lady who did my massage left the one room at one point while I was face down, I heard the door open back up - I had no idea if someone else walked in; the massage itself was not what I asked for, but I truly do not think she understood much English and really didnt know what I said - I needed my neck massaged, neck and shoulders, but she didnt seem to understand; it is cash only; she asked for the money when I walked in - pay before the service??? No, I will not be back. Not the type of massage place I was looking for.

Great service. 30 minute swedish massage absolutely decimated the knots in my back and eased troublesome tendons. I cant remember my back feeling this good ever.

Best massage you can get in West Michigan! Very happy! Helped my wrist and shoulder a lot. I really enjoyed the welcoming staff. I highly recommend this if you lprefer a thorough trained masseuse.

My sister and I went for 30min massages. Masseuse was kind, but we had to continually repeat that we were there for 30min massages and not 60min, no big deal. Massage overall was ok. When I went to pay for my sister and I the confusion started. We had asked for deep tissue massages which we didnt realize they had no payment bracket for only a 30min slot so she kept pointing at the swedish massage...ok $40 per person. I hand her $80 and she kept mentioning the price. We realize she was asking for a tip, that the $80 is only for owner, tip is for her. This was a good 2min talk of her proclaiming a tip. I cant believe ALL $80 would go to the owner and shes working for tips. I gave her another $10 and walked out. She was by herself, maybe that was why, I dont know. She made it sound as if shes working for tips. I cant believe this because thats insane considering customers are shelling out $40-50 a massage or more and as a masseuse get none of that...then only to badger for or rely on tips.Buyers beware.
