Wonderful people work here and make you feel special. Ladies helped me find TWO very attractive wire frame glasses that fit in my budget. Doc was fun giving my exam and explaining why and what I needed. I left feeling good, knowledgeable and anxious to get both of my new glasses! I am pretty blind without glasses, so I always have to have a backup pair. Both frames are so nice that I may have a problem deciding! THANK YALL FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!

Make sure they accept your insurance before you make an appointment with them. They called me the day before my appointment, but I didnt catch the call. They called back the day of my appointment and said that they couldnt find my optical insurance information. I got it from my company and called them back. They put me on hold for a long time. Over five minutes. They wouldnt answer so my husband called them back up on his phone. They told him, Im sorry, we dont take that insurance. Well, I have good insurance. There is no reason for them to reject my insurance. The problem is, I am not a housewife. I have to plan way ahead on appointments because I am a truck driver and I only get off days every month, or month and a half. Im very angry that they cancelled the appointment on me.
