My father came into graham oaks at a time when , weMy mother and I could not provide the best home care. From the office staff to the nurses ( cna’s too) and the kitchen staff were amazing, they provided meals for my while she stayed with dad , but the comfort and compassion was a rest assurance that we were at home. If your ever looking for a place thatYou need to provide rehabilitation or just that elderly care please give them a call or stop by.

Graham Oaks is a wonderful place to take your loved one! Our mother loves all the employees there and they treat her like family! We definitely feel comfortable leaving her health and care in thier hands and they work very hard to make her happy! The love, care, and compassion they show her everyday/night is a true blessing to us!

This is such a great facility! I moved from Oklahoma about 2 months ago to work at Graham Oaks and have been so incredibly happy that I did! The facility is beautiful and they work very hard to keep it that way! The staff treats the residents like family and have welcomed me with open arms!

Graham Oaks Care Center has made great strides in upgrading their facility from the looks to the nurses. When you walk in the front doors it is beautiful and smells good and you’re greeted by a staff member. As a local paramedic, I deal with the nurses very closely and they are top notch, they love their residents and love to take care of them. Great place, give it a try!

Graham Oaks is an awesome facility! I have placed my mother there several times for respite care. My mother enjoys her time there and is very engaged in activities. I would highly recommend this facility for long-term care or short term if needed. Roxy Cook is an excellent staff member and is always on top of things! I highly appreciate all of the nurses and CNA’s that provide care to the residents 24 hours a day!

Best nursing home in Young County! My granny has been to a few in the area and always raves about how happy she is at Graham Oaks. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure she is cared for! No need to look any further, this place is it!

The staff I work alongside are helpful and friendly! This is a very clean facility.

I have worked for different companies and I have never seen staff so dedicated to their work and the people they care for. Everyone helps everyone. Whether it is putting on an event for our staff or residents or helping a resident receive all the care that they need. The management works like a close nit family and tackles any issues that may arrive, head on. When you bring your friends and family members to Graham Oaks, you are bringing them to family.

My children’s father had to be put in Graham Oaks due to complications from a heart attack. I worked with Roxie during the whole process and she was AMAZING from start to finish. She was always so quick to respond and get me answers. She even replied super fast on a week night around 11 pm. On top of stress and grief the last thing you want to do is deal with more stress so thank you Roxie for being so awesome and making this transfer smooth. I appreciate you.

The staff at Graham Oaks is very kind and caring and willing to help me communicate with my mom during this hard Covid 19 shutdown. The last facility for mom was much more difficult to connect and get response from when trying to contact with my mom. This is a very difficult time and the staff at Graham Oaks has made me feel secure about the care my mom is getting.

The staff has done a tremendous job of keeping me informed on how my father is doing. It has been a difficult situation for all involved, due to Covid, and GOCC has performed above expectations.

Did you know Graham Oaks Care Center has respiratory therapy on staff 24 hours a day seven days a week. It is so rare to find a place that can provide that level of care. It is SOOOOO important for the patients who need that. So glad to have this available in Graham, Texas.

Graham Oaks Care Center is a great place for your loved one! The staff is wonderful and the building is looking great! Cant wait to see it after they finish with the renovations!

I am super thankful for our nursing and rehab staff!! My granny was in for rehab and was well taken care of and was able to return home!! It’s Also a GREAT company to work for with many new things to come! Can’t wait to see the finished product of our renovations and the great thing 2020 has in store!

The Nurses and Respiratory Therapists are amazing! I consider them family and Im very grateful for everything that they did for my daughter!

Looking at this facility from an EMS point of view I feel as though they are on track with their care. I have seen a lot of improvement on the vent wing over the years especially. They seem to be doing more and more medical treatments in house as well. My mother was recently discharged from here after a rehab stay. She had no complaints with the stay or treatment she received.

The staff is amazing and always friendly! It’s a very clean place and takes amazing are of the people living their!!!

When I worked here I really really enjoyed it. The nurses and CNAs were all so compassionate about their jobs and so helpful if we ever needed help. The residents showed it also with their smiles and thank you. When a lady I was a caregiver for was inpatient for physical therapy, they were all hands on and strived to get her up and going again and they did. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I have posted before, yet I dont see my post. My brother passed away in December after he had been improving despite the poor care he was receiving (staph infection, poor hygiene, etc.). The staff were cold and unfeeling to me and the rest of my family. All of my brothers personal affects were stolen. Every chance I get, I will report the horrible care my brother received.

The staff here are very professional, knowledgeable, caring and polite. The facility is well kept and the patients receive amazing care.

As the former EMS director in this community I have seen Graham Oaks make huge improvements in their facility. The staff and administration seem to be committed to improving patient care.
