My favorite place to workout, awesome facility and awesome equipment. The staff is awesome as well with the exception of the girl who works the afternoon. She is void of personality, doesnt even speak when you check on or say thank you when you leave.

This was the first gym me and some buddies of mine went to about 2 years ago and I liked and I’m going tomorrow again for a 1 hour and a half session.

Great water aerobics classes during the week. The instructors have different techniques for their style of teaching and it means a different work out routine to be challenging.

Great place to work out or take a swim class. Personal trainers are there for help.

Water arobics is great. Never thought i could do it. Thanks Rena Fore. Doc thanks for intense class. Oh my favorite class on Wednesday is water yoga.

Nice clean facility full of nice people and a great lap pool.

It has a big swiming pool and its a place I would recommend.

There is a lift in the therapy Pool, but not in the lap pool? Honestly its like your riding the short bus or you cant get in that pool
