I had a very good experience at my eye appointment. They were very nice and thorough. The doctor took quite a bit of time with me and was very knowledgeable. She asked if I had any questions and gave me answers I could understand. I will definitely use them again and refer others.

This eye exam was the most informative exam Ive received in all my years of needing corrective lenses. They moved me through the tests and exams with priscision. During the exam the Dr made sure that my comfort in visions for the exam was concise. She took time to explain in detail to all questions I had. The consultant that helped me find the frames , lenses,and needs for my vision needs. Made sure I would be comfortable with what my financial thoughts. They offer several payment plans a large range of selections of frames for all levels of income. I had a great experience with Graham Eye Care.

So thankful for Dr. Howell and the staff at Graham Eye Care! My son had an incident happen to his eye and we needed an appointment and they got us in immediately. The receptionist where very nice an patient with me from the time i walked through the door. Then my waiting time was very good. Also the young lady that checked me out before Dr Perry came in she also where nice and very patient with me. So now when Dr Perry whom i thought would be a man was a very nice woman whom also checked my eyes out she did great, she listen to me , and knew what was the right adjustment for my eyes. Then the lady that help with my glasses was patient too helped me to choose the right ones that i liked. IThank all of the staff for helping me today.

Technology instead of dilation eye drops are used by a great staff and doctor to get you the best prescription. They listen to your needs and they aren’t satisfied until you are. I highly recommend them. The doctor makes you feel relaxed and is very inventive, getting you exactly what you need.

This by far was the best experience Ive had with any optometrist as I had issues with my eyes and Dr. Howell explained everything and was very personable he even gave me his personal phone number to make sure that I was taking care of well and told me that if I needed any help in the future to just call him no matter where I was at in the country and he would take care of me, thank you Dr Howell for an excellent job!

The office is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff is pleasant and welcoming. They are efficient and make you feel like you are their only concern. Dr. Howell has an easy and caring manner, making sure that his patient is pleased with the treatment. I was fitted with a kind of contacts I had never tried before. I was not comfortable with them. Not a problem! When I returned, Dr. Howell examined my eyes again and decided on a different brand for me to try. They are much more comfortable, and I can see very well. He left me with, If those dont work well for you, well try something else. Great experience!

The eye doctor called me 2 weeks ago to renew my insurance information but neglected to tell me I needed a referral from my PCP. So I ended up paying a cash price. They knew I would need a referral and failed to tell me. Everyone in graham has the same insurance bc of the school system. They should have told me I needed a referral! And besides how would my PCP know I need a follow up eye appointment????

I give this doctors office a 10 star I was treated with the utmost respect I felt like I was home from the time I walked then as the journey there they called and checked I mean awesome awesome bitsat man in the doctor just amazing hes very professional hes understanding his job he knows what hes need to do and he explained it in details what you can understand and I am so amazing so blessed so yes this was an outstanding company God bless them all

Pleasant environment, helpful staff and knowledgeable techs/doctors. My visit was for my military retirement VA exam due to sporadic and total loss of vision in one eye. Ive been dealing with this for over a decade and given no rhyme or reason from the last 2 or so doctors Ive seen, but given at least a possible reason for these episodes, in addition to a possible solution. Hey, this may not be the root issue, but it makes more sense than doing nothing and expecting the issue to resolve itself.
