Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and nice (on the weekend during a pandemic too), and the gentleman who responded to the service call was very helpful and fixed the issue very quickly.

Along with an affordable price, the electrician treated my house as if it were his own home. He checked, double-checked, and even tripled-checked his work and thoroughly inspected the entire house. He explained everything he was doing in language I could understand. He was fast but meticulous. KEMCO has earned a customer for life!

Periodically my home generator needs repairs. Kemco is always there for me with prompt and professional service. This time they repaired it on Wednesday and on Thursday a wind storm came through and the neighborhood was out of power for 7 hours- I was not, thanks to my generator and the excellent repairman!!!I will not use anyone but Kemco. Repair prices are reasonable too.

I can not begin to explain how amazing this company has been. Right away customer service was amazing-from Teresa to Michelle! A technician was out to my mother in laws home within 30 minutes! He explained everything and system had obviously lived its life and needed to be replaced- salesman was out within the hour. Price and customer service is superb! System being replaced within days! Called to inquire about electrical work. Planned to have some outlets and switches replaced. Lady I spoke with said I cannot get an estimate as they do not do that. Every thing is hourly plus materials. When I inquired what materials where going to cost per outlet she would not tell me instead said for me to just go buy my own and they can install. Then when I questioned her in regards to outlets they offer she still refused to give me any kind of number. How do you gave a job cost if you can’t give an estimate or anything? Will not use this company ever again

My mom who lives 2 hours from us AC went out Wednesday and my wife called Kemco to go out to her home. Her system was about 20 years old and was DOA. She had a new system installed by Friday. Thad made the process pain free and seamless for her. Will recommend to everyone for the HVAC needs.

They came out to fix a busted fuse and a broken amp outlet. They did not tell me ahead of coming out that they charge a flat hourly fee of $112. The next day when I went to use the outlet it wasnt working. So I called to have them come out. They charged me another $112 to fix something they said they fixed before. When I called the manager, he fixed things up for me- refunded me for the second charge. Was really grateful for the customer service and understanding.

Kemco just completed a completed heating and air conditioning replacement at my house in Durham. Very courteous and respectful technicians on my property. Installation looks great, works well and all scrap and packaging was hauled away.

Have had a service contract with these guys in the past and they provided the best service on HVAC maintenance. This go around I had some electrical issues to get resolved. I am very happy with the quality of work done and the kindness of the technician.. Prices were within range of estimate given. Had what I consider to be some major work done, and thankful Alfredo was able to understand and exceed any expectation. Will be using a again. Thank you Kemco!

We had a huge job involving electrical and HVAC and we used Kemco for both. The electrical team was prompt, did a fantastic job, and came in right on the estimate. We had some issues communicating with the HVAC team--sometimes didnt get a response to an email for a day or two. The job came in a little over the original estimate. But they worked with us on the bill and ended up charging us for the original estimated price. The work they did was excellent. Overall I get the sense that this is an honest company and does their best to provide quality work at a fair price.

I realize now, after the electricians had a difficult time installing a light fixture in a bathroom, that this company has very professional people working for it. I was upset with them on the first try, but in my somewhat agitated state, everyone I talked with was calm, collected, and determined to get the job done right. One electrician recommended a more workable fixture, and another one installed it today. I am very impressed with the way they respond and follow up to please the customer. Would highly recommended this company to anyone.
