Today I had my yearly hearing test. The receptionist was friendly, the audiologist was thorough and also friendly and the facility was clean and well cared for. Masks were required and precautions taken. A very good experience .

I took my mom here to have her hearing checked and even though she didnt get hearing aids the ladies were VERY helpful and professional.

People are ice and I got a pair of hearing aids at a very good price. The hearing aids are wonderful.PROBLEM:I lost one of my hearing aids and ordered a replacement..it has been over a month a d I still do not have it. VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE REPLACEMENT SERVICE!!

Had a problem with one of the hearing aids not working. The problem was that the transmission unit was defective. It was replaced and adjustments made to both. Satisfied results.

The staff was efficient, polite and informative...

High pressure sales pitch, high cost items. Damaged an item for my father-in-law during cleaning. Very difficult to deal with
