Very rarely do I leave reviews, but I feel compelled to praise someone who rarely gets recognition for the job that she does. I feel compelled to applaud the team she has assembled for their hard work and dedication.I have been a social worker for 21 years, and no one has ever impressed me quite the way Francis Johnson and her team have. I have called on her at all times of the night and day. She has never not answered the call. Her team works along side her and helps the families in their darkest hour of despair. I have witnessed her connect with the children of imminent patients children on deeper levels than most. Francis reaches them in their pain and is comfortable sitting in it with them. I have watched her pray with families. I have watched her hold the hand of a patient that was passing while face timing her daughter who couldnt get there in time. Not many have a heart for hospice like Francis does. This is the culture she breeds into her team.Recently, I called on a Saturday and asked Francis to help a patient who needed care immediately. She called me back within the hour and said that a lady named Shannon on her team had it taken care of. The communication and diligence of this office is impressive.I have met Francis, Laura, and a few others over the years at health fairs. I have never met anyone who markets so genuinely. She speaks from the heart and you can feel that she wants to help in any way she can. Francis and Laura have a connection that could only be built on mutual respect.I would just like to thank Francis and her entire team for the hard work and heart they contribute to the world every day. They are rare and each of them breathe beauty, kindness, and quality into this world. You are all invited to my retirement party!!!

Our(Valerie and Louise) experience with Griswold Home Care Services has totally been AWESOME and OUTSTANDING!! I would recommend this Home Care Center to anyone in who needs good care. Our caregiver(Monique Kelly) was a perfect fit for my mothers care the entire time. She pleasant, accommodating and most of all made my mother(92years old) feel special the entire she worked her.I can tell you it was a joy having a perfect fit for my mother in sending Monique to work with she was truly a 🙌🙌!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Griswold home Home Care. I believe I starting getting help from Griswold September of 2016. The ladies in the office are always so nice & polite. And your assigned worker always tries so hard to find a care giver that fits your needs & wants. And if not, they will keep trying. Your worker from the office will visit you every few months & call you every few months. That is just one reason why I give them 5 STARS. You can not please everyone, but this group sure does try. I highly recommend Francis and her team to anyone looking for extra help! They are the best!!! The caregivers are even better!!! Our hospice agency recommended them, and they responded within minutes. Francis showed up an hour later and within 3 hours she had Kelly, our wonderful caregiver, at our house helping us care for my dad. Dad passed away in 2016, but they still call and check on mom. We got a Christmas card this past Christmas and it put the biggest smile on moms face. All of these ladies are knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. We are forever grateful!

On Fathers Day weekend momma was rushed to MUSC. Our family was called in and given heartbreaking news. Our doctor recommended hospice and Griswold Home Care. We didnt think wed need home care so we met with hospice. When hospice got to the hospital they had no idea the doctor told us about Griswold, but thats exactly who they recommended as well. She gave me the personal cell number of the manager, Francis. Within no time Francis showed up. She held my hand and LISTENED. Francis will never know how much this affected us. Things took a turn for the worse so we never had a caregiver, but this extraordinary woman deserves to know that she made a difference in our family. Hope this helps anyone looking for extra help. Griswold Home Care was a perfect fit for our end of life hospice care for our dear loved one. Our family needed immediate assistance due to complete exhaustion and Griswold immediately responded not once but twice and we had someone to help us within 2 hours.
