We had an appointment for 9:30 a.m. when we got to the business the it was under construction there was absolutely no phone numbers or text messaging or anything where you could get a hold of anybody I would not use this business.

Went here to get a sew in a few months ago and loved it! Now I’m about to come back for braids. I highly recommend

I just had my box braids done by Cherrelle today and not only is she a beast at braiding but she has the sweetest demeanor and excellent professionalism. I will definitely be going back to her.

So I just want to say that as a customer of ebony I’m disappointed in the fact that this happened to my hair and my niece and we had to take it out in a week and I asked her to be compensated she said sorry no refunds nothing in her shop stated that also come on people why wouldn’t you also reached out to her husband who referred me and his response was to take them to small claims court , this should not be that serious over 90 dollars but I guess that’s how they handle it our scalp ripped from braids being to tight
