Absolutely phenomenal! I have always gone to Chantel since 2017 for my hair because she is a creative genius! I now have to drive 4 hours one way, but totally worth it! I have yet to be disappointed and I am always getting compliments on my hair!!!I had the pleasure of also interacting with Ladeija and Yolande who immediately made me feel like one of the girls!!! Not only was I getting my hair done, but I felt like I was relaxing with long time friends!!And theyre so kid friendly!! They interact with the kids the whole time and make them feel special!!Im telling you, no one will believe you when you tell them you went to the salon at Walmart after a visit. INCREDIBLE QUALITY!!!!Cant wait to see you girls next time!!! 😘

If I could give them negative stars I would! Horrible customer service. Make an appointment the day before online only to be told they don’t honor online appointments. You have to call. Then the lady had the nerve to ask me if I knew where I was, because they have never heard of online appointments. We are in the year 2020 right? “She said I just don’t know when you can get in.” Never! They won’t ever get any of my money.

Ive been going to Smart Style hair salon on a weekly basis for 2 years now and I love them!!! The ladies are very friendly and professional. The salon is also clean and tidy.Even though they are busy, you get in and out in a timely fashion!! Samantha and Kia are usually the ones that do my hair but all of them are Great!!! Keep up the Great work ladies!!!!

Tonya is the best. If you want a great haircut this is the place to come. Tonya isnt just a great stylist shes also the manager. Service is excellent being worked in they try to because they dont take appointments. Prices are very reasonable and everybody is professional I highly recommend this place and so if youve never come here give them a try .

This is a good spot if you dont have a certain salon you frequent. My experience was decent. I set up an appointment time via online but when i arrived a walk-in was taken before me and there was only 1 stylist there so i ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes. I let it go because i didnt have anywhere else to be at that time. When it was my turn the stylist was polite but not talkative at all. She did a good job on my haircut, a basic trim with no style, and a blowdry. The price was reasonable, cheaper than many salons. All in all, not somewhere i will always go but it works in a pinch.

The customer service is horrible in this place! They don’t even have services and prices listed anywhere and caught an attitude when I started asking the prices of different services!! Will never come back again!

Will never recommend OR go back. I went in and was told there was a 2 hour wait. Lady was very polite and was working by herself. She said that another employee would be in at 3:00 if Iwanted to come back and be first on list. I came back at 2:40. The order employee that came in at 3:00 had a terrible attitude and complaing about evertthing. Shenzhen called my name and asked whatever I wanted Dome. Shenzhen set her station up and toom someones Elde Will not recommend OR go back. I left.

Im from Boston, and I found the perfect stylist. Lawanda is well versed in color, natural hair, and overall hair maintenance. I brought my color combination from my stylist in Massachusetts, and Lawanda worked her magic. Im going to the beach, and then after Im off to see Lawanda.

Every time. EVERY. TIME. I go here and ask for service. Whether there is nobody in a chair, or all chairs full, there is a wait time of 1.5 hours or more. Something as simple as cleaning up my eyebrows. Not a single customer seated. 1.5 hour wait? Yeah, Ill stay going elsewhere.

The customer service that I have experience here has always been great. The staff is always friendly, skilled and very knowledgeable.

My sons and I have been going to this location for about 5 years now The lady’s there have always showed us the most respect and treated us like family allways doing a professional job with the most quality ever asked for I highly recommend it if your looking for there styling magazines just ask they will gladly walk you over to them!!!

Wouldve been a higher rating but they keep pushing their services on you while your getting your hair washed and cut. She ended up styling my hair even though I told her no several times unless I didnt have to pay for it, ended up paying an extra $20 because she used the round brush on my hair which did absolutely nothing since my hair was too short for it to do anything

I wish I could give 0 stars! Rude stylists... seem as if they dont want to be there or as if the customers are a bother. The black lady with glasses and short hair cut is VERY rude. She acts as if shes a McDonalds worker hating her job! Just a simple question was responded to with an attitude! Will NEVER return there!

They open at 8, put name on list for next stylist that was coming in at 8:45. When she came in she started doing someone elses hair, that was not on waiting list. 9 am and Im still waiting. Then they tell me it will still be a few.

Garbage. Straight trash.I came in on Monday to see if someone could correct my hair color. The store manger was there and told me to come back on Saturday between 1630-1700 and she’d help me.I came back today(Saturday) and before I could even step foot all the way into the salon she told me it’s gonna be awhile.Why tell me to come back a certain day at a certain time then!!!!? I’ve had issues with this salon in the past with trying to get my sons haircut (staff is rude, acting like they hate their job and no one was even in a chair and told me it’s a two hour wait). My fault for even coming back.I honestly think wal-mart should get rid of their salons. The customer service is worse than the service inside the actual store.

I love the atmosphere and the stylist that are there they are very helpful and are wonderful at what they do. I have noticed that a couple of ppl on here have bashed the young lady in the salon but she is great with ppl that I have seen come in there when I get a service. Must be something that you ask or say that rubs her the wrong way, I am just saying. Over all I love the salon!

I’ve been going here since high school and never really had any problems, but I was there just now asking if someone could cut my hair and do a good job and the lady gave me attitude saying “we all cut hair” umm, that’s NOT what I asked you....their customer service skills have really dropped in the last few years especially from looking at everyone else’s reviews...
