They may change patients a small amount of money, but the way they treat the patients are horrible. They can act nice at first bet you see their true colors after.
I am so blessed to be able to come to this place they gave me eye exam the doctor was awesome the young lady in the front office was awesome I got my exam and a voucher for glasses I think you so so much people need to give money to this program helps a lot of people thank you so much again
Great help for people on need for eye check ups.
I phoned to schedule an appointment and wasn’t able to get in until over a month later. I received a letter afterward requiring me to confirm the appointment by phone. I went out to have my exam only to find the office closed – the administrative office is at a separate location. I waited outside the door for half an hour but the optometrist didn’t come. When I returned home, I found a voice mail from one of the staff. I had to phone her back because I couldn’t hear the message. I was told the optometrist had cancelled his appointments for the day. I should note that a client is penalized for two months if he or she doesn’t give 48 hours notice. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule the exam. I won’t try to use this service again without being able to rely on an appointment.
The community program is amazing helping locals get glasses who couldn’t have them otherwise
Thank goodness for this right to sight program. If you cant see properly, call them and get help.
I have seen their work and know their leadership. They are amazing.
