This firm has handled 2 personal injury cases for me and both have been handled with the utmost care. From conversations with my lawyer Donnie and his paralegal Buffy being thorough and easy to understand to the negotiations with the other side being direct and beneficial. My foot was crushed by a forklift. I was turned down by three law firms when I sought legal representation. I felt it was because my injury did not require surgery. I had given up when a coworker mentioned Riddle & Brantly. Mr Brantly saw and knew something the other Attorneys didnt. When Attorney Brantly took my case it was thought that only my heel was broken. A later MRI revealed another fracture and two torn ligaments. Attorney Brantly and Michelle took really good care of me. They ensured that I received proper medical treatment. I had a few concerns along the way that they resolved to my satisfaction. I received a really good settlement. I am thankful for the service they provided. This is the worse law firm. The case mangers are not responsive. They keep switching my case managers without even letting me know. I’ve been done with treatment for 7 months and the have not got any of my records. I had to get everything on my own and make my own phone calls to the medical facilities to get all the correct documents. It’s been over a year and the haven’t done anything. I would never work with them again for a car accident.
