Greg was very nice and relatable. While he worked we talked about dogs because we both have dogs and after putting together the equipment, Greg showed me how it functioned. I would recommend this company to everyone taking care forgo a love one. Thank you for your promptness and courtesy.

Ashley as always is great about taking the time to make sure I understand everything she’s doing and the reason behind it. She is always on time and calling ahead to make sure that the day and time is ok with me. I have been searching for a place that supplied wheelchair ramp rentals for my upcoming wedding. Went today to pick up my machine. Worked with Kailey and Allison. Both were extremely, friendly, and professional. They made me feel very welcome and relaxed. They made sure I was comfortable and understood everything I needed to know about CPap, exceptionally helpful with mask fitting, as I had to go through several to find what will work best for me.

Since working here, I have really enjoyed my co-workers along with my store manager, we are really a team here in the Goldsboro store. Also, since merging with AdaptHealth I really have to say that when a question is needed the team is VERY fast getting back to me and letting me know the correct information to help my patients and even co-workers and in general from what I can tell an overall great company to work for. Former Employee The Job Was Ok Quiet When On the road doing delivery or pickup the only down fall was needed another driver when the other driver was swap with delivery or pickup when the company had good help it would burn the driver out and some customers would call in with Equipment issues but when Technician goes out there was nothing wrong Wont mentioned names but this customer would claim her concentrator was melting her ice cream in the freezer and wanted the driver to come out 3 times a week to check Equipment when no issues were found
