Came in at 2300 with cc of chest pain and SOB. Got vitals taken a little after. At 2am, still waiting. 330, I asked how long it would be and that my chest pain and chest tightness was getting worse. 13 ppl ahead of me. The front desk staff said they were waiting on my ekg results too- I had not had one done and he looked shocked. (??) I sit back down for another hour. Still nothing. I ended up leaving. This is the WORST hospital I have ever been to.

I endured 7 days on second floor with fine, quality, caring nurses. Their abilities and compassion assisted in my healing.

I received my COVID-19 vaccine from Wayne Memorial. The vaccination process at the hospital was run smoothly and efficiently. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Thank you!!

This place is the most unacceptable Hospital i ever been too..they make you wait in the er and then in the back to see the doctor ..Noone comes check on u the whole time and when they do they have a attitude ...They really need to do better ..I wish i could have gaven them no star ...sad☹☹

Just all around awful

This hospital is most useless hospital I ever been too. The staff seem very incompetent and seem to lack confidence in their profession. It took over 4 hours just to get seen in the emergency room, when I asked the receptionist if it normally takes this long, her response was yes, the average wait time for the emergency room is about 2-3 hours. If you are in dying need of an emergency room then Wayne memorial is not the place to go.

Are you kidding me. Two and a half hours to wait to even go back to a room to wait another hour and a half. Is this an ER? Seems more like a lets-see-if-you-die-before-we-get-to-you-room.
