Super fast experience! I was able to leave the same day with a set of contacts and my six month supply was shipped to my house in 3 days. A much better experience than dealing with other eye care providers who had to order trial pairs over and over and Id have to keep coming back over and over until the correct pair were finalized. Lenscrafters having the contacts in stock for my eye issue was such a bonus and saved me so much time. Lenscrafters all the way!

Ive purchased with LensCrafters before and always had a wonderful experience. I had a pair of frames that were bent at the henge (not purchased from LensCrafters) and Mr. Kenneth had them fixed in less than 5 minutes at no cost. Ill definitely be back in the future!

This was a very positive experience. In the past I have had bad experiences at other LensCrafters stores. The woman that helped me was very professional, friendly and helpful. Lenscrafters the retail store has pleasant customer service BUT the optician office next door, needs work on customer service and the cleanliness of their sink area where you need to take out your contact lenses, needs someone to really clean that area. The medical assistant needs some training on his customer service skills. He is rude, talks over the patients and hangs up on patients. NOT COOL!

Have a great experience with the doctor and staff and the staff from lenscrafters who helped us out with our frames and lenses. Also gave us a great detail about their sales.

The lady that helped us was a tremendous help. I was totally against progressives because I did not understand the whole concept of progressives. She was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I ended up getting them. She took time to help us with frames and looked our insurance up with no problem. I have previously gone to another doctor. After this experience, I am going to start using LensCrafters. There are six of us in the family. Four of us have already used LensCrafters. When the other 2 are due appointments, they will be using LensCrafters too.

I recently had my eye exam and found that all the staff were wearing a mask and taking precautions with glasses that were being tried on to be sure that they were being sanitized afterwards. That was so good to see .One of the staff offered me a 50% off coupon where my glasses ended up being free which was great ! I would definitely recommend LenCrafters

Given that we are in a pandemic, the customer care was excellent. Also, my husband was in a wheel chair and we were accommodated w/o compromise.

I went to Lenscrafters for years in Maryland but when I moved to North Carolina because it was a two hour drive to the nearest one, I opted to use services closer to me. Twice I went in for eye exams, got new glasses and spent a small fortune only to be disappointed in quality, service and price. This time I decided it might be worth the drive. The exam was thorough, the Doctor was very good at communicating what was going on with my eyesight, the staff at Lenscrafters were very helpful. At first I could not read out of the glasses - no worries, adjustments were made right there on site and I walked out a happy customer. I was told if I got home and still had difficulties, call and they would make me a new lens before I make the drive back. All I can say is its good to be amongst friends again! Well worth the drive for the quality care received. I highly recommend.
