I was turned away from getting a flatirons to my hair because of a rule that says they dont do straightening on fridays? I have never heard of this rule and have had my hair straightened plenty of times on fridays from this place. I dont understand why I am unable to get straightened today? Not professional at all. They made me feel like I was the dumb one for not knowing.

Fast easy professional service. Friendly and personable employees. Clean and well taken care of. This place has about the best prices in the whole city of Goldsboro and once youve been in there they know you by name and what kind of a haircut you want. Highly recommend this place.

I had a great hair cut done this morning. I totally love it. I brought in a picture of what I had in mind and walked out with exactly that. I am thrilled at the quality of hair cut for the price. She didnt rush. She didnt do anything I did not ask for. Staff was also very friendly. We chatted about recipes, and up coming Christmas plans lol I highly recommend them.

Take my kids whenever they need a haircut most of the time I dont have to wait .

Wow! So I walked in this morning for a haircut and was blown away by my visit. While I was waiting there was a young boy and mother getting their hair cut. The lady cutting the boys hair was extremely kind and patient when the boy didnt want to have his hair cut. When I came to my haircut the same lady was nice and was able to knock out my hair cut quick to get me back to my day with a good haircut.

Have been going to Great Clips on Spence Ave. For haircuts for the whole family for years. Very professional stylists. Excellent customer service.

The hair stylist told me during my hair cut she didnt care how bad her cut turns out because it will just grow back. She said she was going to cut it to my shoulders and my hair was cut dry chin length. Not happy but not going back because you cant fix that.

The stylist didnt speak English well enough to understand what I wanted. Then when I tried to explain she got an attitude. Weve been going there since they opened but this was the last time. Also their turnover rate seems abnormally high.

Very poor service. Aisha was very unprofessional and rude. Complained about her relief not coming in and problems with my scalp and hair. She couldnt even hold the mirror right so I could see how she did. Extremely disappointed. Could of drove to rocky mount and had a friend cut my hair.

We were visiting from out of town to attend an event. My husband wanted a haircut so we stopped in here. The stylist did a pretty good job on his cut, so We decided to go back later to get my hair styled for our event. Big time mistake. While she was really nice, I think she could have put a little more into actually styling my hair or just say she didnt know how to style hair when we spoke to her about it earlier in the day. She curled my hair and that was pretty much it. As fast as she went in the curling process my hair barely curled at all and when I got to the house to get dressed and try to finish styling it, it was just a wavy mess and completely flat on top. It wasnt horrible but when you pay to have your hair done you want it to look better than what you could do at home.

I wont go anywhere else I love these guys. Quick in and out. Perfect cut.

Id love to not spend an hour an a half getting a low fade and trim on top but instead Id love to sit in a chair while a horrible person slowly messes up basically one of the most simple hair cuts in the world until someone else who works there just has to give me a whole new hair cut.

I enjoyed my visit.

Showed one of the ladys a picture of what I wanted. Was supposed to be a long tapered bob. When I got home I noticed half was thicker than the other, some strands of hair longer than it should be, instead of it being tapered from short to long it is a straight cut in the back and long pieces in the front! Nothing compared to what I asked for! Should have known the first time I got my haircut there and it being jacked but thought Id give it another try but it was still a fail. Ill never be going back to this salon. Very disappointed with my haircut! Shouldnt have to find another person to fix what was just cut!
