Volunteer here I see very nice clothes and furniture. Really nice electronics. People are Golden residents. Very kind ..caring, great people!!!

Theyve removed their donation bins out front. Why make it more difficult for people to donate? Just encourages more waste and trash that could have been useful to somebody.

Sundays are more fun when you shop goodwill and save your receipt, its a charity tax deduction.

I love this goodwill, it has a lot of goodies that I like which is more 80s vibes than 2000s vibes. People donate here very often so theres always a lot to look at. Employees are very sweet. Pay them more!!

They are letting people try on clothes again thats great pants are hard to judge to just buy and take home try on have make time for all that.

The people you have here collecting donations are all rude and disrespectful. Who ever is managing this store needs to really look at getting decent help. At least people who are friendly and smile .. and who will hold a door open instead of letting it slam in my face as Im trying to carry out a dresser!

Tried to drop off a donation at this location today. I pulled up to the front of the store since their trailer was no longer located in the parking area. When I got out of my car and about to remove my donation bags from the passenger side, a clerk approached me and told me to get back in my car and get in line. There was a donation tub within inches of my vehicle so why do you want me to wait?? Ridiculous!!!! I got back in my car and drove off. With so many worthwhile charities around, why would this company want to inconvenience their donors?I’ll never return to this place or any other Goodwill location.

Every single time to take to donate I get major attitude from the intake people. They sell mattresses but it’s against the rules to take a platform bed for said mattress and can’t tell me why. Dumb. Don’t want to do their job I guess. Stay away, donate to a place that actually has a clue. I will never go back.

I don’t enjoy donating here. Trying to do the right thing, while being lectured and scolded for not following proper donating protocol which is not clearly lined out, by a 20 year old who is doing community service for a DUI (orsome Tide-Pod Challenge related grievance) is not a very feel good experience.

This is my local store. Ive been coming here for years. I buy and donate on a very regular basis. In the last year it has turned into an ecommerce machine. Everything of any value gets shipped off to be sold on eBay or Amazon. Leave something half decent for the community that actually donates to your store pleaseEDIT: 1 year later it is worse. Prices are so high, items are such low quality. This place may only be so so for clothes but anything else forget it. Really very depressing. My best turntable and speakers came from this place, now youd be lucky to find a piece of stereo equipment that isnt overpriced or covered in spoiled milk. Now they have the semi trailer in the parking lot to expedite shipping the goods off for max profit leaving us Golden residents with garbage. Donate to ARC, they just make everything available for our community.

I absolutely love this goodwill!!! The employees are amazing and they have pretty good stuff. However. I purchased a dress for my daughter for 4.99. To find a target tag inside marked 4.35 !!! How on earth is that even allowed!!! I also spotted some stools marked 19.99 a piece when in target brand new (these were obvi worn down) 21.99 !!! This new manager has got to go!!! Her pricing is far to high!!!!!! Bring alfanso back!!!!!

Manager and associates were very rudeI stumbled across three great deals on video games the games were marked a dollar each and the manager immediately upon seeing this they started pulling off the sticker saying they are not that price even though they were marked at that price and then kind of chuckled saying this is not their tag then they took me to the register and immediately started saying that it was not their fault and it was their associates that didn’t pull off the tag and jacked the price up and to put the icing on the cake both associates that were working we’re rude about it as well saying well that’s not a tag but that’s how they were advertised in the store the store is always in shambles and never clean would not recommend going with any hope for a decent service or a clean storePs sorry for any spelling mistakes I am dyslexic But still wanted to share what I had to say

This is my local Goodwill. Weekly stops are a must! We have a bunch of kiddos who are learning the art of making a dollar by reselling online and this is a great source for inexpensive materials. When choosing a family activity, they would rather shop for cool items to sell as they search for treasures to keep for themselves.We will happily return in a normal basis!

They looked to check on a small suitcase to lug laptop back on plane, in cargo.Found leather belt, didnt look Western or hip but was *Torino leather* from Italy. For $8.Better Goodwill here than Ive seen anywhere.

Stopped in here while in the Shopping Complex, and glad i did. Me and my girlfriend picked up a few items here. Nearly every isle was loaded with nice products. The prices were really great, compared to some of the other Goodwills i have been to in the past. I found a Carhartt type jacket for only $10 there. Looked nearly brand new. Thanks Guys!

I love going to thrift stores when Im visiting from out of town. We got some really good finds!!!

Stopped in for the restroom and ended up getting a bike for my 3 year old son. It was in good condition and at 6 bucks it was cheaper than a new tire his current bike needs.I was hoping to pick up some skis for him but they did not seem to have any ski gear at this location.

Ive been to just about every Goodwill in the Denver metro area & Im sorry to say that I will never be visiting this location again. They have clothing racks scattered to where you cant tell if youre in mens, womens or childrens. This is also the only location Ive been to where they have no prices on the tags of some clothes but do on others. Their system makes no sense. They say all jeans are $4.99 but then they have all the good brands cherry picked out and have those on a different rack with labeled prices! Prices that are way too high. $15.99 for a pair of Levis signature that you can buy at Walmart new for just $4.00 more! Either $2.99 or $3.99 (I cant remember which) for all tank tops, even the cheap ones that you can buy at Walmart new for $1.99! Once again with the good stuff picked out. Either have a set price or dont. If you do, stick to those prices no matter what the brands are. Otherwise, price everything individually. Also, if youre going to set prices dont set them higher then the item would be brand new. What a joke!

I love this goodwill. As with all thrift stores, its hit or miss. But its always worth the trip.

I am sorry but this place was in complete disarray. I have been to nice Goodwills so I know that it is possible to have one that is pleasant and orderly. This is not one of them.

One of the dirtiest goodwills I have been to. Thrift stores do not have to be gross but this one definitely is. Make the drive to the Arvada ones this one is not worth it.

Solid items get picked up quickly here. Mens clothing is always in short supply. The employees seem overwhelmed and leave the store tidiness to the community service workers. The clientele is the worst. Screaming children in the toy aisle every time I go. There is a dollar store next a liquor store next to a probation office next to a army recruiting center next to a Subway. That tells you everything.

I tried this Goodwill again after a friend said they improved. Meh.....not really-guess the only good time to go is when the Mines kids are getting out for the summer and they get rid of all their goods. Other than that, pretty mediocre store as far as Goodwills go

I wouldnt give them any stars if it were an option! The employees here are completely rude and always look miserable. Forget about asking for any type of help. The only time I have asked, not only did the boy snap at me, but he spoke down to me as if I were an idiot. How dare I ask a question?! I shouldve known better. The manager there, however, is very kind and helpful and my husband and I let the situation go due to her apologies and genuine way of handling things. However today I went back to the store like I do every week to check out the sales and as I was shopping I received a phone from my husband needing a ride so I politely asked the Male cashier at the front of the store if I could leave my basket full of items that I was going to purchase at the front and I would be back to finish my shopping and pay for my things and HE said ok. Well I have a four month old son and sometimes emergencies happen so I was unable to go immediately back to the store due to my son throwing up and having diarrhea. So I take him home and get him situated and sent my husband up to the store to retrieve my things and he was greeted by a rude woman User #77835 saying that they would not give him the things I had wanted to buy that I was suppose to have been back within the hour I had left so to bad. First of all I never gave them a time I was going to be back I specifically said Im going to pick up my husband and I would be back well going to get him and coming straight back first of all would have been an hour and a half any way so I feel if they had a time limit on how long they could hold things I dont understand why I wasnt told before I left because then I would have just politely said Im sorry and that I was unable to purchase the items that I needed to leave and I would have been done with it. So the point to this whole story is that the employees are incredibly rude and seem not to care. Most employees seem to hate their job to the point of taking it out on customers so the energy of the store is terrible. Its not very organized which of coarse its a thrift shop I realize but it just seems very trashy and it looks like items are just thrown where ever. So due to all of this I am unwilling to pay the higher prices they feel their things are worth. Until I hear that these things are fixed my family, friends and I will be driving past Goodwill and driving the extra 10 miles to Arch who have friendly welcoming staff a bigger selection of better more well taken care of items and a calm welcoming shopping environment. Thank you and Im sorry this was so long but it was needed to be said.

Staff damages items then tries to hide it. Found an amazing chair on the way in and took the top of the tag with us, so we could buy it along with anything else we found. Found a few more things. The tag on this chair was placed on the back of the chair, near the top, when we were first looking at it. When we got outside to take our chair home, the bottom of the tag, now marked SOLD, had been moved to the seat of the chair.Turns out the reason the tag had been moved was that someone had poked about a quarter sized hole in the upholstery and was trying to cover the damage. Its a shady move anyway, but the damage was not there when we made the decision to buy this item. It was done to keep us from finding out about the NEW hole in the seat until after we got home.Beyond that, the store is claustrophobic, the staff moves slowly at the register, and the clothing selection isnt great.

Good pricing still. Other goodwill stores are very expensive.
