All i can say is listen to the 1 star reviews. They are there for a reason. I had a sore throat/ear ache for over 4 weeks and i was seen by not one but TWO of the doctors at this clinic and they both missed it. I was forced to go to a different doctor/different clinic and they immediately diagnosed it was an ear infection. The doctors at Park Nicollet subjected me to needless blood tests and swab tests and still were unable to diagnose me properly and still billed me about $1000! I usually don’t write reviews and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this was the most ridiculous experience i have ever had at a doctors office.

Had an appointment 1 month back to get flu shot for my child and denied Flu shot for my child because they over issued flu shots and ask to reach back next season. Appointment manager said they have flu shots which can be issued on special request.

Scheduled an appointment here specifically to have an ingrown toe nail cauterized. I knew that it had to be cauterized because my dad is a retired physician who looked at it and said that its a pretty standard procedure that he and other family practice doctors at his clinic had been routinely doing for decades (not requiring a specialist).After meeting the doctor for 30 seconds, he said yeah, we dont actually do those here anymore; youll need to schedule an appointment with podiatry instead. Got a bill about a week later for $225 for the 30 second visit.So basically they took my appointment, knowing full well they dont do the procedure I asked for, and charged me several hundred dollars for me to go make a phone call to Park Nicollet Podiatry about a mile away to schedule an appointment for what I requested in the first place.

All I can say is the 1 star reviews on here are so false in fact one of these individuals you can find on nearly every clinic or hospital review complaining... (the first sign of a drug seeker). I have worked in healthcare for over a decade and along side some of the physicians at this clinic and they are wonderful! I love my primary care doctor and the staff here are very kind, understating, and listen to what you have to say. If I could give 10 stars i would.

My experience with Dr Will has been second to none. She is incredibly kind, empathetic and very responsive to email inquiries. She is an amazing doctor and I can not recommend her enough for all ages. My wife and I both see her. I would also like to mention the nurses that work at the Golden Valley clinic. They are all wonderful. Always available by phone to answer questions, respond to concerns. I am truly grateful for Dr Will and the nurse team at this clinic. Thank you

For someone who has been healthy most of her life, this year has been a challenge for me. Dr. Amy Daleiden has been a Godsend. I so appreciate her skills as a doctor who listens, articulates and guides me to good medical understanding of my aging body, and then the hope of good choices.The Park Nicollet Golden Valley Clinic, from receptionists, nurses, lab and x-ray, have all been great...good, cheerful staff, who shine in their service to patients! I thought it was quick, clean and the eye doctor was very helpful.

Im giving 5 stars to the doctor, not to the clinic since every clinic has bad and good doctors. Dr. Joshua Scheck is fantastic. Ive gone to multiple doctors here for chronic health issues and none have taken me as seriously and actually listened to me as well as him. Hes a young guy, which is probably why he still actually cares. I never feel rushed by him or like a cog in the machine. Hes willing to take my opinion into account when deciding a treatment, which is shocking. Im used to Im the doctor, dont question me, from older doctors. If he thinks a different treatment would be better, hes patient and will explain why. I moved 40 minutes away but Im willing to drive that far to keep seeing Dr. Scheck.

Dr. Acquah is supposed to be an addiction Dr. for Suboxone. Just a warning to anyone who goes to her for this med. She will NOT give you the amount you need to get you thru the month. Come back and we will discuss it, will only get you an argument. She is not flexible , she knows better than you how you feel. If you want to be caught short at the end of the month and be in withdrawal hell , go to her.

I love this place. The nurses are so helpful, and my primary doctor is fantastic. Plus, it has a very homey atmosphere that makes it feel just like the clinic I grew up with.Thank you guys!!

Just had an incredibly positive scheduling experience with Jona. She not only solved my problem, but was very pleasant and professional. It was a relief when in a bit of a crisis to have someone on the other end patient, understanding, and productive. Thanks again for the great service Jona!

The clinic moved across Wisconsin road into a very nice modern building.

Dr. Dardick is terrible. I went in with a swollen and bent, painful upper joint on my middle finger and told the doctor(?) that i thought it was arthritis- his response, You cant have arthritis. You just jammed your finger really hard and it will go back to how it was. How i would jam my finger so hard that it became bent at the joint at a 20 degree angle without knowing is beyond me. It turned out to be arthritis and Dr. Dardick never apologized to me for telling me i was wrong. I later went in with tennis elbow from using a golf ball retriever to pull several thousand golf balls out of a creek. I was told You dont have tennis elbow. You have golfers elbow They are two different injuries- tennis elbow is on the outside of the forearm, golfers elbow is on the inside of the forearm and you get it from swinging a golf club, not using a golf ball retriever. My forearm was sore on the outside of the arm. Just because i was using a golf ball retriever, he assumed it was golfers elbow instead of tennis elbow. Once, while waiting in an exam room, i heard Dardick absolutely berate one of his nurses in the hallway and then not two seconds later he walked into the room, with a totally fake smile on his face and gave me a hey, hows it going?. I wish i was making this up, but these are actual occurrences and it gets worse, but i only have so much space here. If you enjoy being patronized and demeaned then schedule an appointment with Dr. Dardick.

Each time I see Dr. Vesely she is personable, knowledgeable, professional.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Went in for a new doctor visit appointment. They made a mistake that it was for a physical and the front desk people were so incredibly rude. Jennifer at the front desk quipped, You booked a physical, it shows right here, we dont host meet and greets with the Doctors here and she and her coworker laughed about the situation. Do not book new appointments here, unless you want to deal with a bunch of rude women at the front desk for intake.
