No in person doctor appointments. I made an appointment three days in advance and was turned away at the door, told it was actually a phone exam.If you have a legitimate health issue, dont wait 3 days for a phone call.Call the customer support number on the back of your insurance card and ask for a referral to a specialist. They can recommend a few in network options on the North Shore that you can go to directly, as they did for me.

Got vaccines for work and had a nice experience. Friendly staff, great service, spotless.

I wish i read these reviews first! This place is just awful. Rude nurses that schedule things incorrectly. You all are terrible, and need some serious help! Not only that they told me if i get flu shot they would get me in earlier. Im sure thats legal.

I concur with others. The people who you talk to on the phone are not caring. They do things like put you on hold forever, and then forget to call in your prescription for a bee sting medicine before a holiday. I don’t want to go there anymore, even though the nurses were nice.

I was travelling and passed over two State lines before my hold period ended then talked to a nurse who told me to send my time sensitive insurance paperwork, then called back later after it was sent and told me Id have to bring it to an appointment. They are 2hrs. away for me and I dont have copies. Money Grabbers? Caregivers? Second call back I got hung up after being on hold for 20 minutes. Ridiculous!!.

I called because I needed Xrays for a potential broken hand. I was scheduled an appointment within the hour and received the xrays soon after. Cant speak for everyone else, but I was treated very respectfully and promptly.

If you want to be taken care of and know your in good hands, this is not the place you want to go. The receptionists have no respect for their patients, and communication with them is AWFUL. If anyone happens to be seeing Dr. Sheft, read this before doing so. Dr Sheft is by far the worst doctor in the building. She has no respect for her patients, no care, and treats them like absolute s***. Avoid this place if possible, otherwise youll regret it.
