Friendly place! Brightly lit with product and accessories on display throughout. Flower with POWER and flavor! Always in the 20% range or better. CO2 carts and pods. I have had some bubbling and stem issues with the 510 carts. I want more concentrates! Those are lacking. Overall a great experience with many tiers of discounts for medical patients as well as a point system that doesnt help those with decent discounts. Still everyone is friendly. Just double check your order before you leave, I have had one mistake happen but it ended up being a great product so I kept it. Medicine needs to be double checked before it is dispensed. Rec stuff is different and Im sure there is some cross over lack of protocol. Glass jars and way to much packaging.

Happy Valley is great. They have a good variety of hybrid strains with different terpenes to suit a variety of needs. The facility is always clean. Staff are always helpful (shout out Anthony)! Easy online and kiosk ordering.

I went to Happy Valley on my trip in Gloucester. It was such a great experience! The interior reminds me of a classy Apple store. It seems to me that the Apple store is kind of like a party, but this was a better party. Anthony helped me and he was the absolute best! Super helpful, nice and knew his product. He no doubt made my experience 1000x better. I’m an early bird and I’m a night owl so I’m wise and I have worms. So, if I were you I would listen to me.

I had a pleasant experience when I went. The prices USED TO BE the best around. And since they grow and process their own bud, they said they would always try to stay the best prices around. So I kept checking the menu, hoping to find a cheap, high THC flower that was worth the trip. But now that they finally have higher THC flower, they have increased the prices and want to say that its for their premium flower. Thats all well and good but now the prices are exactly the same as everywhere else. And the saddest part about that is the fact that they DO grow and process their own flower. That is supposed to make the bud cheaper to them than places that dont grow their own and yet I can go to a different dispensary and pay the exact same amount for a premium flower with a higher THC than this place. All of Massachusetts is robbing us.

Fantastic products, good prices, but mostly exceptional customer service. I was in recently and had some issues with their loyalty program (I am a new customer and hadn’t filled out completely when first in) and everything resolved easily. Then I had debit card issues and Julian was so helpful in getting me info so I could fix the problem. Super nice and knowledgeable, I couldn’t be more pleased. Grace helped with finishing the transaction and between the two of them I left extremely pleased. We drove 40 minutes to get to the store and with this service I will do it again. My name is Mike I’m using my wife’s phone as I have an iPhone so no google account. I’ve been a legal medical patient since Massachusetts allowed it in 2016. I’ve been to every dispensary in Massachusetts some in Nh and Maine, and nothing compares to happy valley. Out of the 50 plus visits I’ve never had a bad experience one time a mistake happened and I missed an amazing promotion the manager immediately handled it. This week for some reason my rewards got messed up (another reason happy Valley is the best) and Montana went above and beyond to fix the issue with no attitude with numerous phone calls she just wanted to help and fix which she did and kept her word, she said there would be notes in computer next time I visit to fix the issue permanently. I just went got Grace who was absolutely fantastic saw the note realized I was never given my additional new patient discount and made sure I got it tonight and I didn’t ask, she fixed my rewards issue and got me my discount. Grace and Montana are absolutely fantastic!! The entire staff is you can ask anyone of them at any time a question and they jump to help and all give input. Anyone who’s been a medical patient can attest this isn’t how most places are ESPECIALLY ONES THAT ALLOW BOTH REC ANS MEDICAL. I have a list of ones I won’t visit ever again just for staff not product. Happy valley has better products and have a great staff. Being in sales 2 decades and 15 years of that in management I’m extremely impressed with how this ship is run. My company is a 80yr old family business (not mine) ans that’s how it’s run. 5⭐️ For Grace, Montana in the whole staff. This Dispensary is Modern, Clean and Cutting Edge! The products are VERY nicely displayed in glass cases and the staff is top notch...very knowledgeable!! The product packaging was like none Ive seen before. I ordered flower/edibles/vape battery and cartridges. The flower comes in glass jars and the edibles and the vape cartridges come in slide-lock boxes. Then all the goodies are packaged in a reusable Happy Valley bag!! ALSO, Because it was my first time at their dispensary, I got 20% off and they text me with a 20% coupon off my next purchase. Overall, Extremely happy with my visit and goodies I purchased!

Extremely clean, well organized & all staff takes their time w you even if there is 5 people waiting in line they don’t try to rush you- they truly listen to your questions - i had a question about strictly CBD related and the woman (wish I knew her name) took the time to find the company and provide me their contact & instructed me on “what’s coming to HV” even the front door staff are so nice and welcoming! Can’t say enough about how pleasant and respectful the workers are !!!

This is easily the best dispensary in MA and gives Las Vegas and LA a run for their money as well! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I love this dispensary! Unfortunately, this is about the 7th cart Ive got from there (Im a regular customer), and its become blocked. Again. They have a 4 day return policy, but its super frustrating getting a cartridge that its ruined nearly every time. Do not recommend buying their cartridges, unless they use different containers. Product is otherwise great.

Stopped in for the first time to pick up some medical goods and i was really impressed with the very professional, clinical, and stylish appearance of the showroom. The staff were all very professional and knowledgeable when asked for advice. The buying experience was excellent and the products I received were all top notch. Great to see a venue such as this doing things just a bit better than most to get that edge in the consumer market!

If this place didnt open up in a great location that is perfect for me instead of going two hours away to get the only thing that I have tried to help me and my dad I am not going anywhere else other than Happy Valley. This is the best dispensary in the entire state. I live in Boston but will gladly make the trip out to visit this dispensary anytime. They are the only dispensary in the state that offers hash rosin as well.The facility is high-tech and large. They do their processing and extraction in the same building! Its a large warehouse-like building with a retail front, and there is parking as well.The inside is pretty nice, they have a few counters/lines for placing an order, as well as a display section of accessories. They have quite a lot of accessories, and they arent marked up either. For example a puffco peak atomizer is $39.99 from Puffco, Happy Valley has it in stock for $34.Overall, just a great dispensary. The product is the highest quality you can find in MA, Ive been to a few different dispensaries in Boston, but none are even close.

Love this place. Wish the employees had name tags! The same guy always helps me out. Professional yet still human! My only gripe is that the place lacks numbers. I u see stand it will vary from grow to grow but I’d love to see on menu before I purchase the sativa indica percentages on the hybrids, Thca and cbd as well. This may be harder to do then I understand based on the rotation and demand. All in all its just a great place to be even for a brief in and out.

Cleanest looking dispensary ive been to. The staff are friendly and know everything you could ask about weed. I had to wait about a half hour to pick up an online order but it was opening day during a pandemic, so thats expected. Everything being made in house is really cool to me as well.
