I have seen Silvie for over 15 years for a variety of reasons. Primarily pain from injuries and early emotional childhood issues that creep back up. Silvie is the real deal. I had a session w Silvie gifted to me by the incredibles at Cape Ann Yoga when I was in very rough shape and awaiting back surgery... well, I’m much much better and looks like I may do WITHOUT surgery.
