Okay this was hands down the best pedicure place I have been too! I spend the winter in Palm Springs, CA and I thought I had good pedicures before! It’s ironic that I have had my best and my worst less than 15 miles apart! They go by appointments only so don’t be shocked when you walk in and they ask if you have an appointment. My friend and I got them together and we felt so pampered! Nice comfortable chairs, great massage and great products! No listening to banter going back and forth in another language just relaxing and they just want to make sure you feel good and have a great experience! I highly recommend getting the deluxe pedicure! Make your appointment today you won’t be disappointed!

This spa day was a treat from my daughter and the staff made it wonderful. Loved the foot and leg massages, and the care taken with our mani/pedis. Friendly and clean.

They only have 2 chairs and failed to inform us of such when we booked 3 pedicures. So one person had to wait. The pedicures were okay, not the best but still decent. Husband says they did really well on his and im sure its because they didnt have to spend 15 minutes of the 30 on polish.

OH MY GOSH☺ this salon was the cutest, cleanest and friendliest one I have been too in a very long time. Christine Harris waxed my eyebrows and I am in love with the finished product. She made me feel extremely welcomed, comfortable and even gave me a few laughs. I would recommend this salon to anyone, and plan to continue to be a loyal customer 🥰

They dont fall off even tho i can b terrible at getting back in for fills on time...the new store is so quaint and relaxing, also gorgeous...i dare u to try other places and compare...

Angie the owner has been doing my nails for years. When I first moved to the valley I went to every salon here. This was the only place that made me feel good. They payed close attention to what I wanted and make sure I’m happy every time. I would recommend get polished for all your waxing and nail needs!! The salon has a very good appointment system so you are never rushed in and out. Give them a try you won’t regret it!!

I was visiting Glenwood Springs for 2 weeks in late September 2015 and desperately needed to get my gel manicure updated.I did a little research and found Get Polished Nails Salon had the best reviews in the area.True to their reviews, Get Polished Nails Salon was clean, professional, and welcoming.I was immediately greeted by Angie and her employee Simon. They were friendly, asking about my trip to Glenwood and recommending areas in town to explore while I was here. I have found that at a lot of salons the employees prefer to talk to each other rather than the customer but that was not the case here. I had a lovely chat with both Simon (who did my nails) and Angie (who was around working on salon chores).Simon did an excellent job on my manicure. He was gentle with my thin nails, and took care to be sure the polish looked professional. He even added some gold to the base and took time to be sure it looked even on all of my nails.I would highly recommend Get Polished Nails Salon to anyone visiting or living in the Glenwood Springs area. My experience was enjoyable and I would return without hesitation.

TERRIBLE, RUSH JOB GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! If I could give it half a star I would. I took my daughter here for her birthday to get our nails done based on the reviews I saw, boy was I wrong. We both had full sets of acrylic nails. She didnt do anything about our cuticles, she just started sanding down our nails. She never had us wash our hands after she filed and buffed our nails she just brushed them off so I have white flecks in my black tips. She never check to make sure the tips were even or that they matched and 2 days later our nails look like weve had them for a couple of weeks. She was answering the phone, dealing with her kids and taking care of other customer the whole time she was suppose to be focusing on us. After all of that she charged me $15 more than what she quoted over the phone. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know not to go here. I should have known when it took longer for my daughters nails to dry then the amount of time she actually spent doing them. Savvy Nails has terrible reviews but maybe they pay more attention to their clients-Go there instead or anywhere for that matter

Honestly the best deluxe pedicure ever... very friendly and courteous! I had to wait a little longer because they got busy and they gave me a free bottle of lotion. Great prices, deluxe pedicure and a fill was $70... not bad in my book!

Great experience. Had driven 9 hours to visit family and stopped in for a pedicure to decompress while they finished up their workdays. Relaxing pedicure. They quickly fixed a chipped nail from a prior manicure. In my tiredness I handed a larger bill and when I realized it they graciously and corrected my mistake. Would recommend!

Love this salon! Prices are best in the Valley, service is amazing, and they actually give you an accurate wait time if they are busy (instead of saying 10 minutes and its realistically 45). I highly recommend it!

Wouldnt ever go anywhere else. This place is on point with prices and customer service. The work they do is incredible and they are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you love your nails. I wont go anywhere else unless I want to spent more and be disappointed. Ive tried other spas and they just dont compare.

Asked for coffin nail even showed a picture. An she gave me square nails. Asked if she could fix it and said she would have to charge me for another set worst nail place in Glenwood. Never getting my service again. Rather travel to rifle then spend my money here. They use to be good but now they aren’t.

I will never go here again. I asked for a design and she doesn’t even do what I asked for. I got a full set and she said it was $40 over the phone and charged $70. Unbelievable honestly. The nails are bad and crooked. Don’t recommend

Ive been in there on THREE different occasions as a walk-in and they literally only have 2 employees and always turn me away. With the excuse were fully booked today. Okay so why is your Walk-Ins Welcome sign set up right outside your door. I could avoid the issue by calling ahead of time and scheduling an appt but my work is too demanding I never know when I will be off. Dont welcome walk ins if youre going to turn me away.

Need more workers for cashiers. The line is long and only one cashier is at work. I was longer waiting for a cashier to check me out then I was in the store getting what I came to buy.

I never went here but I judge places based on how they treat me on the phone. I called to see if they could fit me in and the guy was super rude and didnt care to take my name. I called another salon and the lady was friendly and made a time and appointment with me. I will be going there instead. I work in the restaurant industry and Im never rude to people on the phone even when Im super busy. I WAS going to be a paying customer, but based on the rudeness I wont be. Phone Manners are important!!

I used to come in here all the time for a pedicure the service was always good and people were always friendly unfortunately its not that way anymore Ive been in here 3 times to get a pedicure and have been turned away every time there was one person working the store and its the same person every time there is no help and no other employees to help other customers I do not recommend this place

I put my nails a month ago in this place and my natural nails began to break along with the artificial nail, to the point where they were bleeding I tried to remove them but I could not so I went to have them removed in the same place as I put them on and it took about 20 min to take my nails off, they reluctantly tore off another of my nails and they hurt me and in the end they charged me, I never going to came back

I walked into another nail salon downtown and felt almost immediately shunned as the salon grew quiet upon my arrival. I quickly left and looked at reviews of the other salons in town. As the only one with reviews, I thought, Ive gone to the mall for my nails before.. I didnt like my service or quality then but its been years; Ill give them another shot.This time made a huge difference.I wanted a quick but quality shellac and not to feel immediately judged walking into the shop.First, this salon is in a new location at the entrance of the mall rather than across from the depressing DMV.Second, theyve put up a pink wallpaper accent wall that seems to lighten the mood.I chose my color and sat down, prepared to see my nail techs eyes to roll when I told him what I wanted. In quite the contrary, he smiled and said hed be happy to. I believe his name is Alex, (forgive me! Im terrible with names!) young, newly licensed and very talented, made sure every step was how I wanted (shape, color intensity, length), no accent but [in the least] bilingual. He understood my terribly worded jokes that most people disregard (even only English speakers.) I was in and out in 17 minutes flat! And on top, my shellac polish and nail shaping was a mere $15!! (Not a full manicure but I just wanted a quick pick-me-up.)Thank you so much, Alex! I love my nails! Will absolutely be back and would recommend to anyone!

Terrible and lumpy job. Going during busy hours caused me to receive a rushed manicure. The nails arent the same lengths and the brush marks are obvious. Overall I am completely dissatisfied.

This is my favorite nail salon in the Roaring Fork Valley. I live in Aspen but make sure to plan time for a mani when I go to Glenwood. The prices are great, they always make time, it is CLEAN, they are so friendly and make a little time for you to relax in the middle of a crazy week. It is in a nice and quite location in the Glenwood mall by JC pennys.I highly recommend Lovely Nails!
