Friendly, kind, and caring, from the receptionist, medical assistant and doctor. Thorough explanations we given throughout my procedure and good written after surgery directions.

Ive had the absolute worst experience with Glenwood Dermatology from day one I should have known better. I made an appointment and when doing so asked the receptionist if I needed to have my biopsy results from my doctor sent before my appointment and she said No, thats not how we do things here. So i listened and didnt. Get to my appointment, the doc looks at it for maybe 30 seconds and goes Yeah, I am actually going to need to see your biopsy results before we remove this. Get charged $200 for that. It took weeks of being on the phone with them and my physicians office to try and figure out why they werent receiving my medical record with my biopsy, before they realized they were trying to get the wrong Saras information... So finally get in to my appointment, wait over 30 minutes, with no regard. Little surgery went fine, paid all my money upfront and am no getting a mystery bill for over $500. Tried calling Glenwood Derm office all week, left a message, nothing. finally got a hold of someone nice enough to help me in the Willits office, had to call their office in Texas and they still cant figure out why I have this bill. And to top it all off, the nurse forgot to remove one my stitches at my follow up appointment which I didnt notice for over a week beacause the incision was still healing. I never write bad reviews, but I will never trust Glenwood Dermatology with anything, especially when it comes to my health... So disappointing and quite laughable at this point. If you can, just go up to the Willits office, they at least seem to have a bit better hold on their medical staff and team.

Everyone was so attentive and Dr. Kriegers work was beautiful. I had questions after I went home and she had given me her cell number to call her. I called three times and every time she answered the phone immediately. I couldnt be more satisfied.

First time I went there they did what needed for my migraines. When I went there again they just started giving me shots by the time I was done I owed 500 dollars instead of 200 like my last visit.

I love everything about Dr Kreger. She is professional and personal all in one. Dr Kreger shares her knowledge in a way that I can understand and always makes sure you are question free before you leave her. I feel she is a genuine soul and an excellent Doctor.On the flip side, I was not too pleased with the service on a post-op question. I called the office the day after surgery not wanting to bother Dr Kreger, I never received a call back and had to call again and was not confident in what I was told to do, so I called Dr Kreger’s cell the next day to confirm.Reception area is fine tuned as well, very kind and professional! Wonderful experience with Dr. Kreger. I live in Grand Junction and the only decent dermatology office has a 6 month wait to see new patients. I was able to get in with Dr. Kreger within the week. The drive was worth it and she lifted a huge weight off my shoulders.

I have tried to get them to help me since before Christmas with my eczema. I have tried to call them about 5 times now to help me get this medication from a specialty pharmacy. No one will send whatever needs to be sent. We have horrible experiences with all doctors in Glenwood Springs, and this place is no different.

Dr Kreger performed the most thorough skin examination Ive ever received and gave a detailed explanation of what she saw. She was very intent in listening to what I had to say about past treatments their results.

Dr. Kreger was thorough and explained many things to me--especially about the areas on my face that are due to my age and not needing any treatment. She was fully engaged and friendly and I am recommending her to everyone.

Dr. Kreger helped me resolve a skin issue that I had been battling for 4 months. I had tried a prescription from my MD and tried everything I could find on the internet but nothing worked. It was gone within a week after seeing Dr. Kreger. I only wish I would have gone to her sooner. Shes also a super nice person, as is the gal at the front who spent so much time helping me find products that would work for me. Highly recommended!Update: Ive been seeing Dr. Kreger for a couple of years now for both medical and cosmetic reasons and have had nothing but great experiences. I continue to sing her praises.

Dr. Kreger, Amy MA and Brittany RN made my first visit and subsequent surgery a pleasant and reassuring experience, especially since the biopy was not great news. I would recommend this office to patients for medical and surgical derm issues. I have not used any of the cosmetic services but will definitely consider this practice if I do.

Service perspective.

I was grateful to be seen on short notice because of two concerning issues. The doctor and assistant were kind and patient in delivering anesthetic and biopsies. I really appreciated this care.Doctor Kreger is a compassionate and skilled surgeon. Something rare in my experience with Mohs and other dermatological procedures. She and her assistant work efficiently to produce the best results with the least amount of discomfort. I trust her I over options available in the Roaring Fork Valley. The support staff at Glenwood Dermatology are also kind, and I appreciate the level of personal care.
